Thanks for the useful video. I am wondering about the model, I have two-year data of a single location, and the design was used is RCBD (replicated three times, and 10 plants were taken from each genotype). So, which model I should use? BLUE or BLUP? Thanks!

as longs as balance data are produced in an experiment(such as your case)there is no significant difference between BLUE AND BLUP. my recommendation is: use BLUE and assume genotype as a fixed factor and year as a random factor.
