We've been married 42 years, three sons. His family didn't think it would last, me being American and he a Trini. (I have other family members who married Trini before and after us) I learned on my own how to make Trini dishes, both African and Indian origin, fell in love with the music when I was a young kid. We never made it to Trinidad due to his business. Now in our sixties, who knows if we ever will. I remember growing up only eating local fruits throughout the year and only in the christmas season we getting foreign fruits, we couldnt wait for christmas to get apple and grapes and pears😄.
Mr. Lance and Mrs Lou, I have a receipt i use with Avocado 🥑 to recommend. Remove and crush the avocado, mix in some finely cut sweet 🫑 and pimento peppers 🌶, onion 🧅, olive oil , Salt and black pepper to taste, with toasted bread or fry bake!
