Seems like a good set of ideas. Do you think you'd be able to make a homemade selfie-stick kinda thing? Like how you plug something into the headphone jack, and press the button for a picture.. That was a horrible way to explain that but hopefully you get what i mean
TheOtherJackBlack You could just plug in headphones and change the volume, that will take the picture. Then put the phone on the mount he made in this video, attach the mount on a stick and there you go, you got a selfie stick.

You must have a capacitive touchscreen for this to work
i think it means their touchscreens are more sensitive to smaller things, while ours are only able to sense our big fat fingers.

just make sure that the alligator clips don't touch on the same port, otherwise it will short out your whole phone.

You could use a battery from a remote (or some kind of batteries) and you use it from the flat surface area where the negative thingy and use it just like a note edge. (Sorry for my English, English isn't my main language : P)

The stylus part is really helpful
I have a Sony smartphone phone and I use a pencil on it as a stylus. I don't even have to cut out a notch on the pencil. I just use the pencil as it is.

The last one is just useful for iphone users , Android Devices have a timer for taking pictures or you could use a voice command ( for example : ,,Click" or ,,Take Picture)

If you're driving somewhere you have a car adapter one that you just plug your phone cord into the car adapter instead of using a 9 V battery alligator clips in a car adapter just thinking logical here

you should make a portable charger with the car charger and 9 volt battery. I've tried it before but it didn't go well. but now I have a soldering kit so it might be easier.
