i recommend the superfood grocer's matcha powder! it doesn't have sugar, so you'll have to add pa, but the good thing about it is you can control how much to put. so good also with the oaties milk! it's on shopee!

80 standing waist workout (reach for knees sideways while standing--WEIRD BUT VERY HELPFUL)
30 hip bridges (glutes glutes)
30 standing semi-side-back kicks (it helps with hip dips and the side part of the butt)
30 standing knee crunches (helps flatten stomach)
40 wall slides (helps with collarbone and arm toning)
THESE ARE SUPER EASY TO MAINTAIN IN MY EVERYDAY ROUTINE. IT WORKS WELL BASTA BE CONSISTENT!!
