How to make crispy tofu

Today I'm making crispy tofu. Hmmm, this is really crunchy and really good for a snack with the family.

Crispy Tofu:
10 boxes of white tofu
5 tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp tapioca flour
250 - 300 ml of water
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp stock powder (according to taste you want to use or not)
