her being humble is imo, a direct contributor to little mix's success tbh. early on in the x factor days, production was trying to push her as the 'main' singer of little mix but she refused to take that role. because of this, i think it allowed all of the members to both feel loved by each other but also gave all 4 (and then 3) the drive to always improve, since there was never going to be a moment of 'well what's the point of getting better if perrie's still gonna end up with the most lines anyway.' this is not to say jade, leigh and jessy weren't great on their own as well, but in the beginning, the gap between perrie's vocal skills and theirs was very obvious. over the years however, i think all of them improved greatly!
@@littemixwillsurvive1871 There was a gap vocally. The coaches cud see it. The world cud see it. He said wat he said. U people act like it's a 4 for 1 coupon. They were* in a group. But still individuals then + for sure, individuals now.
@@littemixwillsurvive1871 oh yeah i can absolutely admit there were several external factors that affected the girls during their careers. leigh anne's struggle with blatant racism, not just from the industry but from 'fans' themselves is so heartbreaking TT I also think you misunderstand what i am saying: in the early days, the x factor producers were trying to make perrie the 'main' girl which would've led to her having the most lines by a margin, but bc she refused the line distribution in little mix songs are relatively even compared to most ggs. i have never said the other girls weren't important to little mix nor did i say they couldn't sing. all i said was that in the /beginning, there was a gap in vocal talent (and being a popstar is more than just being a good singer btw, that's why little mix was formed in the 1st place since the starpower really shines through when the girls were together on stage). but what i said about perrie still stands true; her humility in refusing to take the 'main' role cemented the healthy dynamic little mix still have today and gave the girls a chance to form a real sisterhood without any resentment or jealousy unless it was caused by external factors. me praising perrie should'nt be a crime TT
@@littemixwillsurvive1871 I done seen ur comments other places. U @wwecreative right. U always pressed when Perrie gets props for being the strongest vocalist in dat group. If u ain't used to dat by now, get used to it. If we goin by what u sayin then Jesy is just as strong as Leigh Anne. Perrie regressing in 2011 but still the strongest got u mighty pressed huh. I ain't see Leigh Anne and Jade wit a developed M1 + M2 laryngeal vibratory mechanism like Perrie. If perrie wasn't there, they can take it but not when she around. The girls say Perrie is stronger + dey can't sing lyk her 10:08 they know. 8:58 Leigh Anne got projection like dis? Where it at
Kelly Clarkson truly deserves her spot! Her vocal control, tone, vibrato, range, power, transitions, breath control, stamina, head voice and emotive delivery is incredible! And also she can sing anything, any genre naturally and with ease... She's a vocal chameleon, the most versatile vocalist in pop music.. Period.. Her voice fits every genre, and her agility is also not bad especially in the recent times, she can hit whistle notes and sing in polyphonic overtones too... And she also has a great discography, tons of memorable hits and her sales and chart records are also amazing... She's a vocal beast
If only Jazmine Sullivan had the mainstream push and team backing that she deserves. Her most recent “Star Spangled Banner” performance proves that she is a very skilled and well trained singer.
The thing about her, is that her style of vocal showcase is 95% gospel. Gospel techniques aren't bad. Hell, I use them. However, your timbre, tone, style, technique, can't be 90% Gospel and expect to cut it mainstream. It has to be more mixed in today's world especially. People want to hear versatility in sounds. But Jazmine's voice has only 1 color to it.
Fully agree on Jessie J. She is astounding. I saw her at 22 years old and said at the time that that was the best voice id heard live since Celine. Utterly incredible.
Yeah she's prob honestly the best singer period of today people don't understand lol idk why she ain't Poppin more like that she's like our Whitney she's that good
I think the clips of her making weird/different sounds in her concerts overshadow her music ability to the general public. I know her more for the bu-bububububububbreak it dooooown clip than her actual singing😅
including ariana in a new vocal trinity is a must. from a developed whistle register to ease in upper belts up to Bb5, to exceptional vibrato and falsetto and constant improvement with the lower register, that woman is a vocal legend in the making.
Ikrrr, some people give her a hard time for being "overrated" or being a "mariah copycat", but she's rlly growing into her technique. Sweetener tour was def a big turning point for her vocally, love herrr
Yeah, when it comes to the new generation, she's the closest, when it comes to vocal, worldwide success, great image, huge star power, best selling vocalist of the new gen, i mean she have everything, she just have to be there, as you said it's a must.
Christina is undoubtedly part of the new vocal trinity. Her voice is very distinct and contains qualities that just can’t be taught. I think her nerves play a large part for her performances to be inconsistent. Her rehearsals are always flawless.
The epitome of christina Aguilera's style can be heard on the bridge and final chorus of her song Fighter. You hear the Whitney tone, Mariah riff and runs and etta's growls. She can tone it done when need be but she's a genius vocal producer. Her "When You Wish Upon A Star" performance a couple year back is brilliant.
@@TobiasSaibot87 who actually cares though? The general public doesn't. If you showed them "When You Wish Upon A Star" or "Camaleon" from the Ruben tribute they wouldn't care.
I don’t really think there has been a vocal trinity again after Whitney, Mariah and Celine. These three represented a miraculous moment in pop music where vocal ballads were popular. The three of them (at at least one point in their careers) became known for their vocal ballads being the most vocally dynamic, having almost perfect tones and techniques, whilst also being similar to each other. This is how the trinity was created. You often see playlist of Whitney, Mariah and Celine’s songs together because they complement/match each other. We didn’t just create a vocal trinity just to create one. That’s the difference between then and now. Today’s pop music landscape does not have the correct elements to create an authentic vocal trinity in the same spirit as the Vocal Primordial Legends.
However if I had to create trinities, I would say Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Tori Kelly is s possibility because their techniques stand out amongst their pop music peers whilst also having somewhat similar vocal performances. But even still, it is kind of a stretch imo. Jojo balances it out a little more in terms of all three matching in pop culture influence, but I don’t know if Jojo’s vocals are that ground breaking to put her in the same category interchangeably with any of the other ladies. Fantasia, Jennifer Hudson, and Yolanda Adams are a more convincing trio imo. Their techniques are so impressive and peculiar that we will definitely never see it replicated ever again. Similar to the original trinity. Also all three have sang together multiple times and are known for tribute performances to legends and icons from eras past. So at least they match in their brands. They have kept the tradition of vocal powerhouse alive in an era that undervalues it. The last vocal trinity I can see is SoHyang, Dimash and Morisette Amon. I would have to do more research on this to speak confidently about it, but it seems to me that the rise of pop stars from over seas (especially korea) is responsible for this trio’s fame. Dimash and Sohyang are known for having impossible techniques and extreme ranges while morisette is known for being able to sing anything with near perfect technique that hasn’t been seen since Whitney, Mariah and Celine. As you can see it’s hard to find a trinity that is a sensible follow up to Whitney Mariah and Celine. I truly feel that those three ladies were a product of their time.
What stands out about the Trinity is that Celine, Whitney & Mariah all possessed almost everything you'd want in a voice, from agility to power. The only singer I've heard that seems as well rounded is Beyonce.
@@Heroliesinyou That is where Beyonce doesn't match them. Her discography is not filled with the big diva ballads that stand the test of time. Also, the masses find her voice polarizing unlike The Vocal Trinity.
@@GarageStudio7 because todays standard is differently . „Halo“, „Dangerously In Love“, „Heaven“ „Sandcastles“ „Flaws and all“ or „Miss you“ are all beautiful ballads from Bey. Not her fault that people are paying dust to it expect „Halo“.
@@GarageStudio7 If Beyonce's not close enough then no one is. Beyonce has more ballads than anyone here, outside of the Trinity, and is easily the most popular outside of the Trinity. I do agree however, Beyonce does seem to be polarizing, however my personal opinion is that people seem to place a higher requirement on her because of her music. Listen, Dangerously in Love, If I Were A Boy, Halo, Irreplaceable, Love on Top, Best Thing I Never Had, Resentment, the girl has many, many ballads, people just concentrate on things like Who Runs the World & Flawless. I don't think it's fair to hold against her, all her pop songs, because Mariah & Whitney also have a lot of easygoing pop songs and weren't solely balladeers. Frankly, I'm curious where this argument comes from because Beyonce is easily among the female acts of all time, and that includes non-vocalists like Madonna & Rihanna. All things considered, i think Beyonce is still the most comparable artist to the Trinity. There's really no other female singer as close to the trinity in terms of popularity and vocal ability, all the other singers either lack impact, or lack the vocals.
One thing that really holds true with Celine and Christina is they both have supr recognizable tones. Celine herself has even taken inspiration from Christina as she's a big fan (See Celine's version of it's a mans mans world) Other than Ariana I think the 2010's trinity really lacks the star power the original had and even thee late 90's one. What Christina, Beyonce and Kelly did in the 2000's was nothing short of domination of the charts. Christina's run from 1999-2008 was impeccable.
I totally agree! Only Ariana has that star factor. I love Perrie, for ex., but actually think that artist like Rosalía will destroy her in a face off. I'm considering talent, but also originality, performance skills, style-image-influence and of course, the charts (international charts!). Not gonna talk about Jessie J cause she's the only one I didn't agree on
@@marthallorente7582 the boy who runs this channel needs to give Rosalía some love, she’s a true vocalist! seen her live and was brought to tears more than once, she’s a force of nature.
maybe keep in mind that 90s style diva pop is not half as popular anymore. its not that 2010s diva is "lacking star power" as much as it is the genre falling off.
She is but Jessie j would beat her in a singing competition go watch her singing just to win for fun on that singing contest and she did win she's insane she went to China just to compete against other big singers for free and won with ease she's so controlled huge range her own style Kelly's great too so I can see them. Oth but Jessie j is a actually the technically better
Kelly doesn't have a big palette of tonal colors or dynamic contrast while singing, but she makes up for it with her incredible range and phenomenal consistency.
@@dilldaffaofficial Jessie has more agility and ease in belting (now) but Kelly has better tone, better head voice, better emotional delivery and the most versatile singer in the world... as we all know, emotionality and versatility are what usually make one win in singing competitions like AI, The Voice etc.
I feel like Ariana needs a huge successful ballad song, like a ballad that will defined her career , like i will always love you, hero or my heart will go on. Because clearly, in term of success, worldwide recognition, star power, vocally and everything else, she's the closest, she's literally the 1st one you'd think about if there was ever a new vocal trinity for this generation. She just needs that one big song
ariana has a lot of hits and huge songs globally but i agree that she's lacking ballad song to defined her career. she had some beautiful ballads that are worth the world recognition but unfortunately the general public isn't really paying attention to her ballads
I don't think her big song, needed to be a ballad. Her biggest song is TUN. She's already proven her vocal prowless. I really don't think she needs to sing a ballad, to further prove herself. Plenty of her songs, fast or slow, have showcased that. And it doesn't seem to be a requirement for any other vocalists.
I've seen quite a lot of his videos and him putting Perrie on her is not even remotely shocking. He does not make even the slightest attempt to hide his feelings about her voice 😂😂
I agree with both Beyoncé and Christina as well for the late 90’s to 2000’s. Both of them have powerful voices and their music makes me feel a variety of emotions. I remember breaking down crying after hearing Beautiful by Christina and If I were a boy by Beyoncé. That’s real music right there.
Why some underestimate Kelly Clarkson to be up there??? Even questioning her vocal abilities is an oxymoron. She have the range and versatility that other artists can only dream to have. Kelly Clarkson is very influential to othet artists, especially today's generation vocalists.
Exactly.... She's always underestimated and overlooked by a lot of ppl still even after 20 years of total vocal slayage(and also gets better and better with age)...She's such a well rounded vocal beast and her versatility and emotive delivery is second to none!
I'm SOO HAPPY you mentioned Kelly Clarkson!!! I feel like she's still so underrated after all these years, and people are still surprised how powerful and versatile she is, which blows my mind!! I'm like, I've known for over 20 years now!!
Leona Lewis tone is so beautiful. That is one of my all time favorite Jennifer Hudson performances. Wow that gave me chills. Lady Gaga is a beast. I thoroughly enjoyed this right here !!!!!
Thanks for this video. To me, Kelly Clarckson is the best vocalist i've seen-heard (except from Whitney and Celine) and it's sad how she's usually underappreciated
Honestly, give Faouzia a few more years and she will have her spot secured in the Holy Trinity! Great video as always! Btw: Love to see Perrie Edwards here! Absolutely worth of that spot! Leigh Anne and Jade improved significantly and both of them are amazing singers but Perrie is in a different level! She’s extremely talented and her voice is so goddamn powerful!
being part of the vocal trinity i think goes beyond just vocals, which is ironic, but we also have to take into consideration their influence and success in terms of their music. the vocal trinity are successful in all those departments. they have the vocals, the influence, the charts, the sales and etc. so yeah idt there will ever be a new vocal trinity
Been looking for this comment. You're right. All of these singers that were mentioned are undoubtedly great vocalists but some of them are not topping the charts, and they're not well known around the world. Celine, Whitney, and Mariah are legends, theyre very successful. I agree with having Beyonce, Christina, and Ariana to be on the list.
The market is so different nowadays, where songs with a vocal focus that show off impressive singing ability don’t top the charts anymore. Compared to Mariah, Whitney, and Celine’s day, being a good vocalist just doesn’t get as many sales.
@@tmesc twenty year long careers aren't a thing anymore. The last were Britney Spears, Beyonce, and sort of Justin Timberlake. Most careers are like Meghan Trainor or Charlie Puth.
You’re absolutely right. If the vocal trinity was based purely on vocal talent it would comprise of opera and broadway singers. Undoubtedly the greatest vocalists alive, but mostly unknown to the general public. Sierra Boggess comes to mind. Unquestionably a better singer than everyone else in this video. But that’s not enough to earn herself a spot in the trinity. Their commercial success and pop culture influence is equally important as their vocals.
AMAZING! Kelly Clarkson and Jessie J BOTH definitely are deserving of their spots respectively. Both ladies are greatly underrated vocally. AND ALSO thank you for reminding us again about Leona Lewis!!!!! The impact she made right out of X-factor back than. And Demi Lovato too! Her voice is still very preserved as well 💞💞💞💞💞
Thank you for mentioning Morissette Amon!! Her cover of Stone Cold is ICONIC. My personal top three is Morissette, Tori and Ariana🤣 And Carrie Underwood & Amber Riley as an honorable mention :)

No. You need a entire new category only for rock singers coz they are totally beast in vocal hability far superior to pop singers. Only in sinphonic metal you have a large list of girls with incredible voices better than Amy Lee like Epica vocalist or Tarja and rarities like Lizzy Hale and other girls with the hability of metal growls and deep voices. It's an entire new world in their own category. It's a nonsense put Tarja with Ariana Grande simply Tarja is in a loooong distance of pop girls and the same with other vocalist. Perrie is literally called by the fans "celine dion vol2" and its soooo true. And Demi ah - god and devil both know - demi voice is one of the rarest and most powerful vocals of "the new genearation" as people say. You should see her slaying My heart will go own basically acapella in this one interview or any other cover or any of her live performances tbh. People may say what they want about Demi - but her vocals, the emotional delivery of every single song sung live, her song lyrics being a mix of true, bold, raw messages and poetry. Demi Lovato, in my opinion, was literally born to sing - she is one of the very few artists who dont give a damn about streaming and award shows and what sounds good on the radio - she just sing her goddamn soul and heart out for the world with almost every song having a deep meaning or even a political messages behind it. She is what people back when music was only ABOUT MUSIC called - a true artist.

Leona Lewis is one of the few vocalists that are up there with the original trinity in terms of vocal prowess. Not in terms of commercial success though of course.
She had Mariah potential but her voice wasn’t resilient enough to reach that level. It’s too glass cannon and fragile and is nearly non-existent now (by non existent I mean far from her prime).
Leona and Xtina are the only 2 vocalists today that can make comparison about tone beautifulness (timbre) with the trinity. Leona tone is as beautiful and sweet as Mariah, whereas Xtina is as powerful and fierce as Whitney. And Kelly Clarkson is also beautiful but sometimes sound too tired, so I think Kelly sounds a little bit like Mariah in her early career, and powerful as Whitney, also sometimes sweet as Celine.

Sometimes I feel like Demi is such an underrated vocalist, when her voice is in good condition it's just amazing. I really love it how the og vocal trinity set the bar too high that they are the only ones who can compete with themselves, and also, to the people who always says that alot of artists surpasses them now, well, think twice because Mariah, Whitney, and Celine paved the way for these new artists, and they are in a whole different league for that sole reason.
one more time, you delivered to us great content, very well built video. in my opinion, Christina and Kelly should swap places. Christina more natural tendence of using melismas, superior musicality and less technical approach to vocals reminds Mariah to me, and we all know that Christina is really inspired by her. My own opinion: 90s Trinity: Mariah + Whitney + Celine 00s Trinity: Christina + Leona + Kelly 10s Trinity: Ariana + Demi + Perri For me, the trinity generation is the triple of three singers who have the similar career age and biological age as well. Though some of great vocalist dont fit with the 2 rest (like Jessie J or Sohyang are not as young as 10s or as old as 00s).
Thanks for putting Christina in there! Yes, she was super big in the early 2000s, but I feel the younger generation is kinda sleeping on her. You should check out her latest performances, she SLAYS. For Late 90's 2000's, Lara Fabian probably should have been mentioned, since she topped charts in 2000 and have an extremely well-trained voice. An Honorable Mention at least, since she became unpopular after 2000.
When you look at earlier performances, you can really see how much Kelly and Ariana has improved. Really goes to show how much time they have spent learning to perfect their performance.
I'm glad you put Jessie J in, I hate how people do not apricate her talent enough, but she is working on his comeback album so hopefully she will give us some vocals. 🔥
The original vocal trinity (Celine, Whitney, Mariah) found the perfect balance that set them apart from the rest of the powerhouses, and that was to sing ballads that span any age, any decade, any walk of life, and can speak anyones love language. “I Will Always Love You”, “My Heart Will Go On”, “Vision of Love” just to scratch the surface. And then they kept rolling them out, balancing with their on trend pop and sexy side (but not going more than PG rated). Parents happily allowed their young daughters to be fans (myself being one) and I was able to grow up with these three and continue this generational fandom. Go figure, my friend’s little daughter was Whitney for Halloween tonight!
stop the world! The next big thing is definitely Faouzia with incredible vocals, tone, range and melismas and control and able to write songs, express feeling not only in English but in Arabic and French in many notes and is currently on tour setting the stages on fire in the U.S. and Canada as well as international!
I feel like Yebba and Jazmine Sullivan should be at least in honorable mentions cus their vocals go CRAZY!!! I am astonished every time I hear them sing.
She does but is a one trick pony, vocally. She doesn’t have the best technique or even top 10. Doesn’t have the best agility or even top 10. Doesn’t have the best vibrato or even top 10. Doesn’t have the best head voice or top 10. Same with her musicality, artistry, pitch etc. She excels greatly in Power, Resonance, Emotiveness, and Belting though.
@@squarcircle2254yeah I fully agree. She sounds good but she isn’t versatile at all. Not nearly as agile as Beyonce, Kelly, Jessie. Technique isn’t that great.
If only morissette has the fame and popularity internationally she can be on the top. . . I would go for Morissette Amon, Ariana Grande and Jessie J as the new trinity 😍😍😍
Wowww, how many singers here testified that they learned their singing technique and performance from Mariah Carey, how much they really admired her and were inspired by her😲🤷♀️ Like: JoJo (who actually worked with Mariah for several years and testified how amazing personality she is , and a singer who really sings beautifully and vividly, contrary to what few people seem to have claimed otherwise) Ariana Grande, Beyoncé, Christina Aguilera, Kelly Clarkson, Kelly Torrey, etc.. .. Just shows how special, amazing and talented Mariah Carey is, how much she has contributed to the music industry, during her 30 years of career!!!!
I'm so glad to see Perrie and P!nk here! P!nk vocals are criminally underrated

Except being life stretching
I appreciate how humble Perrie is and she always gives her band mates credit
#FACTS such a beautiful human being 🌟❤️
her being humble is imo, a direct contributor to little mix's success tbh. early on in the x factor days, production was trying to push her as the 'main' singer of little mix but she refused to take that role. because of this, i think it allowed all of the members to both feel loved by each other but also gave all 4 (and then 3) the drive to always improve, since there was never going to be a moment of 'well what's the point of getting better if perrie's still gonna end up with the most lines anyway.' this is not to say jade, leigh and jessy weren't great on their own as well, but in the beginning, the gap between perrie's vocal skills and theirs was very obvious. over the years however, i think all of them improved greatly!

She’s eh
If only Jazmine Sullivan had the mainstream push and team backing that she deserves. Her most recent “Star Spangled Banner” performance proves that she is a very skilled and well trained singer.
Amen to that, I totally agree with you!
I thought the same thing! Jazmine has such incredibly powerful vocals and such crazy vocal agility and control.
Yes!!
Having Beyoncé, Perrie Edwards, Tori Kelly and Jojo in a video about vocals makes sooo much sense for me!
🙄🙄
all promoted because of the white washed industry, not well rounded artists like the trinity.

And if you want another incredible singer that is out of this world go check out yebba 😍

including ariana in a new vocal trinity is a must. from a developed whistle register to ease in upper belts up to Bb5, to exceptional vibrato and falsetto and constant improvement with the lower register, that woman is a vocal legend in the making.

Finally a fawn
Christina is undoubtedly part of the new vocal trinity. Her voice is very distinct and contains qualities that just can’t be taught. I think her nerves play a large part for her performances to be inconsistent. Her rehearsals are always flawless.
But her stylistic choices are extremely annoying.
I'd say yes in her younger days. Not now. She's still very young but has abused her voice and stains often. Sad. I still like her.
Xtina has always strained to have power
Plus Mariah, Whitney and Celine got the music to make their voices shine. Also legacy, impact and influence.
@@toshiro8997 The world just knows Halo and If I Were a Boy. 🤣🤣❤
One thing that really holds true with Celine and Christina is they both have supr recognizable tones. Celine herself has even taken inspiration from Christina as she's a big fan (See Celine's version of it's a mans mans world)
Other than Ariana I think the 2010's trinity really lacks the star power the original had and even thee late 90's one.
Beyonce and Ariana definitely had a lot of influence this era and amazing vocals

-She has insane vocal range (clear whistles, and strong high falsetto)
Insane ease in upper belts
-Great vibratto
-Great agility
-Her musicality.... each time she sings a song it's different and more demeanding bc she adds high notes effortlessly
-Her lows are better and better and again for someone whose voice is so light and high, she has great lows, she in 2016 kinda struggles with F#3, now she is hitting Eb3 like nothing
-She can change her tone but still sing healthy, like she does in Save Your Tears

@@JiafeiProducts6969 this is the funniest placement I’ve seen in ages. Adele in Celine’s spot? Sia in Whitney’s spot? Based on what? LMAO!
I love you list sir and I agree. 😊 Beyonce, Kelly and Christina. 👏 And thanks for appreciating Morisette Amon. ❤️
Well she was more commercially successful back home in her native UK
Ailee!!!! Yes!!!! Some recognition for her amazing talent ❤ I love her so much, thank you for including her in your honorable mentions ❤
Perrie being on that list is the best decision you’ve ever made
Everyone on this list is amazing, but my personal favorites are Kelly, Demi, and Faouzia. It's amazing how the years go by and Kelly's voice ages like fine wine. Sometimes I feel like Demi is such an underrated vocalist, when her voice is in good condition it's just amazing. And Faouzia is very young, but I think she's the one that amazes me the most, her style is unique, her range, her vibrato, her depth, her control, out of this world.
Demi, in the public eye, has the same issue that Christina and Jessie J do. Their vocals are extraordinary, but they overuse them a lot and it comes across as screaming. Cannot deny their talent though.
@@neutralman9124 But it's so sad because there's something in Demi's voice that's so rare and so beautiful and it's a shame that it's not recognized other than screaming. The power in her voice is unmatched.
Christina Aguilera can replace other people but nobody can replace her. She has everything. Talent, X Factor, looks, everything!

Love the video. Right now I can see the current vocal trinity being Beyoncé, Kelly and Ariana. They well known and recognized not only on their individual leagues but on their vocal prowess and I do love them.
Jazmine Sullivan, Fantasia, and Amber Riley are incredible as well and truly deserve more recognition and mainstream success.
Tori Kelly definitely should've made the cut for the new Vocal Trinity! There's no way you placed her only inside the honorable mentions!!!
She doesn’t have much commercial success that’s why she was placed in honorable mentions
Definitely agree, Tori Kelly, Kelly Clarkson and biggest of all Ariana GRANDE are my top 3, with honorable mentions going to Jennifer Hudson, Christina Aguilera and one of the newer artists, just can't recall her name
*Fouiza is her name
Vocal trinity was on a different level. Just look at Whitney - will we ever witness someone who is capable to top her version of National Anthem? I think they are untouchable due to amazing voices, unique style, stage presence, charisma and so on. Beyonce is very close, Jessie J, Hudson both are amazing. Adele might be also be recognized as phenomenal signer. But Whitney, Mariah and Celine are still untouchable with my personal preference to Whitney :)

That placement from MORISSETTE arghhhh replay button 🔥❤️🔥
Yessss for Queen Perrie Edwards - *PUT SOME RESPECT ✊🏽 ON HER NAME* 🌟‼️
#FAV 💫 🌟 💫 - a vocal beast - reminds me so much of Celine, Whitney, Christina Aguilera, Kelly C. & Beyoncé honestly she has sooo many qualities of the great 🤎🎤
The head voice, control, vibrato, vocal development, beautiful depth/tone & belting prowess she possesses EASILY puts her as an contender for 2010’s - 2020’s vocal trinity 🎤❤️
True vocal beast ‼️‼️
Can’t wait for her solo material
@@littemixwillsurvive1871 she's good but she'd get eaten up in this generation of vocalists like...
Easily Agreed !!! Perrie is a phenomenal vocalist - her classical formant & regal approach is truly a marvel in today’s music !!
@@littemixwillsurvive1871 she’s defo declined, but i think she’s gotten wayyyy better from 2020- now
She reminds me a lot of Celine and that's amazing since she is one of her idols!
Yess for the amazing perrie edwards ❤️ I hope love and appreciation like this continues 😍💞
5:03 Kelly’s rendition, from this clip alone, is one of the most impressive covers of this song I’ve ever heard. They need to be calling her for tributes because some of the other girls are not nailing it like this …
Of course, that is the United States and UK markets. The most talented female singer I've heard so far is not American. It is a humble girl from the Philippines. She does not qualify due to your requirement of "fame". But talent she's got: all three, Celine, Mariah, and Whitney in one. Yes, thank you for mentioning Morissette Amon.
I don’t know, she sound pitchy to me at times. So she can’t be better than these other vocalists you mentioned.
I think there are quite plenty of people who know Morissette including myself and I wouldn't agree that she has all the quality in the vocal Trinity. She sounds strained in high notes if wanna ask me, not to mention that her breath control isn't the best
Yes for Perrie 🙌❤️
Ariana Grande is sooooo special - her vocal prowess & amazing 🤩 voice is grand honestly 💎
There will never be another soprano like Ariana Grande who can belt those high upper notes so easily - LEGEND ‼️
Definitely a Mariahesque/Christina Aguilera hybrid ‼️‼️
Ariana is super talented. But she's not a mix of Mariah Carey and Christina Aguilera please. 🙄🙄🙄
@@Heroliesinyou Mariah Carey’s tonalities, style & breathiness - Christina’s riffs/ runs esp. debut Ariana - she has said herself that’s someone she has tried to emulate in her vocal style 🤷🏽♂️
My opinion 💯🫡😉
@Swami Holland I don't think they know about SoHyang and most of the Asian singers so, for them, Ariana is one of the best.
@Swami Holland Clearly I am referring to POP vocalist in POP music & her EASE - GEESH folks ‼️🤦🏽♂️
Ariana has no soul
I want a collab with Ariana, Tori Kelly, and Morissette Amon.
I definitely don't want Ariana in any Collab with Morissette, Morissette would eat her ALIVE, she's absolutely crap

@@nolanlustica why would the best female artist on the planet want to collaborate with someone streets with them two industry puppets, it ain't going to and should not happen, Morissette could pick and choose who she can collaborate with any day of the week 🇬🇧🔥👌❤️.
@@steveheckle8847 aww, deleted your first comment because I won the argument? Again, you have to be a biased idiot to talk like that about Ariana. You're giving a bad name to Morissette's fan base by being an absolute fucking shit head.
I'll put some logic in that tiny brain of yours.
. Morissette has the worst agility of these three
. Tori Kelly quite literally has the best agility in the music industry, and Ariana's is pretty awesome.
. All three have excellent whistle registers. Ariana and Morissette have equal skill in this, Ariana being much better with accuracy and precision, Morissette being better with range.
. There's absolutely nothing wrong with being part of the industry, and nobody here is a puppet. By YOUR logic, Morissette is the puppet because she's NOT in the industry, meaning she hasn't found her own style yet.
. Morissette isn't the best singer in the world. She's amazing, but you have to be biased to say she's #1.
. Even if you were right, which will never happen, there's no fucking reason to reply to me with stupid shit. It's my fucking idea, get your own and maybe a brain and a life.
Edit: no, Morissette isn't well known enough to just collaborate with whoever she wants. By saying that, you're calling HER an iNdUsTrY pUpPeT.
@@nolanlustica yes!!! I know it'll probably never happen, but they're my three favorite artists of all time, so I would literally cry tears of joy 😭

No new trinity
Faouzia is such a powerhouse. I’ve been a fawn for years now and don’t regret supporting her
I really love it how the og vocal trinity set the bar too high that they are the only ones who can compete with themselves, and also, to the people who always says that alot of artists surpasses them now, well, think twice because Mariah, Whitney, and Celine paved the way for these new artists, and they are in a whole different league for that sole reason.
one more time, you delivered to us great content, very well built video.
in my opinion, Christina and Kelly should swap places. Christina more natural tendence of using melismas, superior musicality and less technical approach to vocals reminds Mariah to me, and we all know that Christina is really inspired by her. Kelly's usage of sustained belts, breath control and clarity in all her vocals skills is so much remaining of Celine, for me is like teacher and studente for real. But otherwise, I understand your points and agree with them too, is just that makes more sense to me.
christina is uninspired by mariah haha
@@panchito18 🤣🤣
@@ntuzunkaurintah 🤣🤣
@@panchito18 Dude, She said it countless times.. She idolized Mariah.. she even emphasized it back in one of her early interviews that though she was inspired by Madonna for being herself and revolutionary type of entertainment, and Whitney for dramatic singing. However, it was really Mariah Carey whom she took huge inspiration of how to really sing like riffs and runs, melismas, high notes and all... She was even regarded as the "next" Mariah Carey. People have been very eager to look for the perfect candidate as to who should be the "Next" Mariah but still couldn't find anyone.
@@royalpanther6391 dude, she has said many times the ones that have really inspired his voice and she her never mentioned mariah, the times she has mentioned her is because the interviewer mentions her, obviously forced or to say that he inspired her, but as a professional and in music , not in the voice... (besides they already have a lot that they hate each other). the riffs and performances are typical of R&B/soul music and African-American music, and this is where Christina is really inspired. Xtina's real inspirations are Etta James, Nina Simone, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, to name a few.
Glad to see Kelly Clarkson and Pink here! They are both amazing!
I must say thank you for giving Perrie the recognition she deserves no one seems to include her in those type of videos you are a real one 😉
I LOVE Faouzia! So happy to see her included in honorable mentions at least!
Glad to see Faouzia on the list. She is amazing!
Loved this concept!
I'm so happy morisette is included. She deserves on the spot. You can also check Katrina Velarde. She's also a vocal trinity
FAOUZIA!!! 🤩🤩 You compiled a great list. Awesome video 👌🏾
I watch these type videos occasionally and I'm so pleasantly surprised that finally someone gives Kelly Clarkson the recognition she deserves 👏
I'm glad Perrie Edwards made the list. I didn't listen much to Little Mix but when I did I definitely noticed her vocals.
My own opinion:
90s Trinity: Mariah + Whitney + Celine
00s Trinity: Christina + Leona + Kelly
10s Trinity: Ariana + Demi + Perri
For me, the trinity generation is the triple of three singers who have the similar career age and biological age as well. Though some of great vocalist dont fit with the 2 rest (like Jessie J or Sohyang are not as young as 10s or as old as 00s).
I would replace Leona with Beyoncé bc of her commercial success and she’s a much better vocalist then all 3 listed
Christina is DEFINITELY the Voice of her Generation. She's on another level from her peers
I'm so glad you included Jessie J! She's so often overlooked despite being one of the greatest vocalists out there
Thanks for putting Christina in there! Yes, she was super big in the early 2000s, but I feel the younger generation is kinda sleeping on her. You should check out her latest performances, she SLAYS. She's become a very technically skilled singer en just keeps on improving, it's mind-blowing! Def check out her performance at Disney World's 50th anniversary !!
clicked on this vid fully expecting perrie to be one member in the trinity and i was not disappointed! thanks for this video!
I love the Vocal Trinity and your videos DAHling. ❤❤
That first set of honourable mentions - 🔥
I KNOW
Perrie reminds me more of Celine than of Whitney
For Late 90's 2000's, Lara Fabian probably should have been mentioned, since she topped charts in 2000 and have an extremely well-trained voice. An Honorable Mention at least, since she became unpopular after 2000.
Jessie J, Tori Kelly and Jojo so fking underrated🔥
love your videos!
for me it would definitely be Faouzia, Kelly Clarkson and Jessie J. unbelievable voice power!
When you look at earlier performances, you can really see how much Kelly and Ariana has improved. Really goes to show how much time they have spent learning to perfect their performance.
Gaga and Perrie are vocal BEAST
Great honorable mentions
Yebba is effing incredible 😍
I agree I mentioned Keke Wyatt but totally remembered about Yebba.
Jennifer Hudson always give me goose bumps 😍😍 her vocals is just so amazing
Christina have a personal influence, everybody that make a feat with her say “OMG, she have THE VOICE”, it’s a naturally, SHE SING, SHE IS THE VOICE.
If only morissette has the fame and popularity internationally she can be on the top. . . I would go for Morissette Amon, Ariana Grande and Jessie J as the new trinity 😍😍😍
Right? She is every diva of the vocal trinity 😊
She has the voice however her discography is mediocre. She's getting the hype because of Pinoybaiting videos.
Second this.
Morissette is the sum up of all of the greatest divas. result is pure Morissette vocal power!

In the whole video only Morissette give me a goosebumps! Damn! And i keep on repeating that part. . Sheeeeeeeeeessssshhhh
Wowww, how many singers here testified that they learned their singing technique and performance from Mariah Carey, how much they really admired her and were inspired by her😲🤷♀️
Like: JoJo (who actually worked with Mariah for several years and testified how amazing personality she is , and a singer who really sings beautifully and vividly, contrary to what few people seem to have claimed otherwise) Ariana Grande, Beyoncé, Christina Aguilera, Kelly Clarkson, Kelly Torrey, etc.. ..
