I enjoyed all the history about Chicago in this episode! I didn’t realize so much of Chicago was built on landfill. The part about the stock yards was very interesting. It does seem like an odd choice to feature on the reel, so your explanation about why it was included was helpful. Still seems like an odd tourist attraction - see the killing floors and then have some sausage! ;) Thank you for the fantastic video!
