Hi. Thanks for this channel. I find it so helpful. Is there any chance you could make a video on how players transition from a defence press to an attacking press. We currently attack with a 4222 and defend with a 6 player pocket press with a back 4. But any system would be appreciated. Thanks

Don’t suppose you can explain how this works in defence in more detail. We are trying to use this at the moment and our blockers are struggling to know when to mark and when to block the space
