this video shows a different method to fasten the finish, no fastening for the top left hand side. which is correct? Nice seat and fast delivery but the instruction book is useless.

I bought this car seat for my grandson but my daughter in law informs me that a car seat has to face backwards until a child is 15 months old according to English law but there are no instructions to fit it backwards , so I assume I wont be able to use it for 3 months until he's that age !!
