Those Fullmetal Alchemist hardbacks are literally to die for. I want to start reading them that way too! I grew up with the original anime and I haven't seen any of the newer one, plus it's been so long there's a lot I don't remember. I adore Ed and Mustang and I know I would really enjoy reading this series and having those collectible hardback editions. ;___;

a hundred books is CRAZY!! i really want to get into reading like you, i have issues with inattention so i haven't read a book for pleasure since i was twelve probably - so i'm easing into it with manga before i start reading actual novels. but i'm really excited to start this year :')

Almost the same here! I read 70 books this year (my goal was 54) and my goal for 2021 is 100 books.

I couldn’t reach my goal of 100 books so I lowered it to 85 and surpassed it by 2 books. So instead of beating myself up about not reaching 100 I cheered for myself for surpassing 85 lol. 🖤
I also read The Great Gatsby on NYE and King of Elfhame was my first read of 2021! 😊
