Multiplication

Becoming a Christian, in some ways, is like becoming a parent. You know it is a huge deal, but you are not really aware of all the implications that come with this new life as someone's parent, or Christ's follower. One such implication that is often overlooked and therefore unrealized is our responsibility as a disciple of Christ to disciple others. That word, "disciple," is both noun and verb. While there is no definitive book on being a parent, there is such a book for being a disciple. We'll read some of it together today as we finish up our series: We the Church.
