What works for me is any live Zoom chair exercise class that I have obligated myself to. All the types. Thank you to the Jerusalem Senior CitiZoom program, around since the Corona!

Thanks Dr Gretchen - I have PPMS and have had it since 1997/98. All’s been alright till 2021. I was in hospital with Covid. Seems like recovering everything has been beyond tough. Walking was extremely affected and so was my balance. Looking forward to using your approach’s to better my situation 👍

Thanks for the explanation Dr Gretchen. What type of exercises can a person with no ability to walk at all to start. I can't lift my legs up, whether in a seated or lying down. My legs are almost paralyzed. I need to use my arms to lift and move my legs during seated or lying down. I hope there's a strengthening exercise for that. Thank you.

Hi there, have you ever tried a passive excerciser? It doesn't strengthen your muscles but it helps with circulation and your lymphatic system. Those of us with limited movement still need to keep things flowing. Currently I use mine by sitting in a chair. Hope this helps.

I don't have MS but I'm interested in exercises for my drop foot I got after my back surgery in 2014. It's been a real struggle and I am using a walker. Would you be able to give me some exercises? Thank you.
