okay so now I'm up-to-date on episode 3 and this series is really inspiring me to get my A class motorcycle license in Germany and start hitting the road.
We need more episodes!! :) Thanks for this great series, really enjoying it! Doing a big trip next month with a partner rider but you are really inspiring me to do a solo trip sometime too. Looking forward to the next episode :)
The ambience of your trip is very beautiful and amazing. Such a great view of Ride by Yamaha MT-07 to Istanbul. Thank you for sharing it with us to see it.
I love your videos so much Laura! You are positive and outgoing. Motorcycle people are for the most part very supportive and helpful. Keep up the great work! 😊
Well if you’ve watched a few of my other videos, you’ll know my MT also loves dirt roads 😂😂😂 (all purely accidental albeit) … thanks a lot for watching and dropping a comment 🥰🙏🏻🗺️📍
Just finished my euro-tour. 2 weeks in Spain and France with a 90kg pillion on my MT07 Tracer. 1900 miles, £220 fuel, £35 tolls. £1600 all in :( Working overtime this week!
Your bike sounds so good 😊. Takes me back to my test and learning on an MT07. Italy looks beautiful 🤩. You sound so happy even when soggy and with a sore bum 😂
Road tripping on an MT07.... I mean why not, but.. what the hell :D? I hope you have the comfort seat. Looks like tons of fun but I think mine will stay as my local wheelie/twisties machine. I really wanna get a bigger touring bike and do some Euro-trips though.
Somewhat comforting some of the roads on your journey aren't any better than the ones back home 😂 But you handled them well! Love the biker community, willing to help people who need it! Looking forward to the next one :)
@@MotoWaifu Oh no, I'm always dodging pot holes! I'd rank oil over potholes though. Had an unfortunate accident involving oil on the road a couple of days ago
Another Great chapter of your journey! I like how when you were struggling with your toll road ticket, the machine switched to German for you!! And German bikers are great at fixing things. I'm surprised they didn't manufacture a whole new arm and mirror for you! Big Thumbs up!
Just watched ep2&3 back to back, both of which you brilliantly crafted Laura. Loved hearing the excitement, seeing the beautiful views and you giving that pesty wing mirror a proper British telling off, that had me in stitches lol! I got a question for you that isn't bike related, but it's a reallyyyyyyyyy important one and that is, your top 3 DBZ villains? 😅
Hey… just randomly discovered this video and it’s funny because back in 2006, I did a trip pretty close to yours ,except it started and ended from France, going down to Greece and then up to Istanbul and back from Bulgaria, Romania, etc… And we also did it in 3 weeks, but I wasn’t solo, I was with my best buddy. However, he had a Honda Varadero and I had an Aprilia Tuono. So his bike was ok for touring, but mine, just like yours, was a naked 1,000cc bike, with hard chassis, it was clearly not ready for touring and surely not being in full snow in the Alps, and in full mud in Greece the week after, from -20°C to +40°C… But it was one of my best memory ever. I just regret that back in 2006 there was no GoPro and intercom the way we have today… I had my pocket camera and a talkie-walkie radio, but was limited, only one way, and you had wire, you had to press to talk, it was clearly not as great as it is today… If I would redo it today, I would have GoPros, Intercom, iPad for GPS and to make videos montage on the go, etc… and I would probably do it on a Yamaha Tenere 700, or something similar…
PS: Oh, and we did with a tent most of the time, including wild camping in Greece… except when we stayed in big cities like Istanbul, we had to find hostels or else. Today, I wouldn’t even bother, I would go Couch Surfing (but it’s easier, I’m not a single woman).
I'm starting to travel with a 300 scooter that I originally got for travelling from home to uni and to the library. Couldn't really afford a bike and it wouldn't have really made any sense for my needs, but in the future I'll be upgrading to an actual motorcycle... Still, it feels so nice to trabel like this
Switzerland is literately a postcard come to life. I lived there for a summer in 2013 for an internship and I had to pinch myself on occasions to make sure that it was real. How walking up and about the mountains with their bells, picture-perfect villages that are neat and clean, polite people... It's the crown jewel of Europe.
I was wondering how you coped with the comfort on the MT 07. I have an MT 09 and even with the Yamaha comfort seat after about an hour my arse is feeling it. I do have a bit of a scrawny backside though so maybe I don't have enough natural cushioning...
I'm watching those beautiful views trying to relax before my "A" license exam... Only reason why I'm doing license is to travel, not as extreme as this
Hii i hope you have an amazing blessed day, i have a question how often do you refuel your bike, I'm planning to go travel on mt07 as well but still researching. Is 14 liters good enough?.
17:09 dont worry, all of them are fake, i know this very well because i live in this area and litteraly every single orange box is fake, the real speed ticket machines are not a bright colorfull box but rather a random pole with a camera on top, but by law a signal with "electronic speed controll" must be there right before
Solo trips are so rewarding! Just you, bike, road some music in the Cardo, nature... it's healing for sure!
It’s truly is. 🙏🏻✨❤️🗺️📍

Heya. I am more into the adventure bikes and dirt roads, but that looked like great fun with great views. Enjoy the rides and stay safe 👍

Awesome video again. I can't wait to be back in Italy myself the first weekend of June. Safe travels!
Thank you!!! Oooooh where in Italy are you going? 👁️👁️🗺️📍
@@MotoWaifu We will be traveling from the Netherlands through Germany and will be staying near Trente in Italy for a week.
Beautiful as always Laura, I wonder if you would have more confidence on those road works now you had that off road experience on the RE
Thanks Mark! Haha yeah I was thinking the same thing, I think the answer would be yes!
no more videos? :(

Just found your channel. Looks like a great trip so far. Hope everything OK and ride safe.
As a Turkish here, I'd like to meet you in my hometown 😉 BTW just passed my Class A license test 🎉 Hope to see you all motorcyclists around the world!
Respect on an MT07
Thanks 😛😝
What is happening with the series, why did you stop uploading?
While it’s not fun riding in the rain those low clouds over the mountains are spectacular 😊! Another great video…
So true! I had a mix of weather this day - I think Romania and Germany caught me out the worst…
Another brilliant episode! Thank you once again for your content!
P.S. do i hear Haruka Kanata at 4:05 ?!
Thank you!! Haha, Yes you do 😛most of my playlist for this trip was anime openings….
i hope someday i can do the same thing, preferably with an tent :p
Yeasssss! Start planning it and just go!
Great first few days, looked really nice 👌
Thanks Ricky :)

Haha honestly I didn’t notice 😝😝😝 YES! They really are 😂 wing mirror was the best it’s ever been 😆
The Stelvio is a must do,maybe on your way back....
Yeaaaah sadly it wasn’t possible on this day, but it’s good to leave some rocks unturned! I’ll be back 😁
I recommend you add a big puig wind screen it will help on the highway. Can you do a video on how you have your luggage tide down.
Tape and zip ties are a must, bike sounds good !
I had cable ties but forgot duct tape 🥹🥹🥹🥹 added to my list for next time!

Hmm.. handguards for wind protection wouldn't have hurt..🤔
Yeah that would have been comfortable haha. Sadly my pre-trip budget was limited. 🥹

Italy outlawed those orange radar boxes. Most of them have been vandalized anyway.
The tank of Mt07 its so great like my MT09 :) nice trip

Hey, not to sound hasty but when is EP.4 out?
Girl are you alright? The 3 month silence is concerning

you should quit your day job and do this full time . get an africa twin and give itchy boots a run for her money
That’d be the dream, but sadly - unless I start earning money from this, it will only ever be a dream 🙏🏻✨
TOENAIL HAHAHA
Go to Russia and I will subscribe darling!
