Allan, thank you so much for your videos!!! You are such a huge help and inspiration!! I just found you and will be looking through your videos to see if you might have anything on needle alignment? I have one needle that I started to use, and it broke instantly. Sounded like it went right into the medal. I freaked out and haven't dared look at it until I could find some more information. I haven't found the manual to be helpful with some of these kinds of questions. You are an amazing and patient instructor! I got a real kick out of your video with Katrina. lol Thank you so much again!!!
My pleasure. As far as the one needle bending aligned your foot or that entire rod may be bent. Might have to replace the long rod. It actually isn’t as hard as it seems. I did it twice in a row. Needed it up fixed it and literally messed it up the and had to change it again 5 minutes later. Lol Hope this helps. ua-cam.com/video/zA5CBaEKJ40/v-deo.htmlsi=QesDaL3e1LWvunWZ
I tried to turn the knobs as the machine was sewing and now my black thread the needle is going up and down, but it’s not Sewing until the fabric at all the thread is not broken. I’ve traced the thread path so I don’t know what else to do this is just on the thread, any advice is appreciated
Hey brother I’m really trying to get going with my machine man need HELP PLEASE!!! lol….need to learn how to digitize my designs and get it to my machine!!!!
At the back of the design. Take a lighter and quickly move the flame side to side. It will melt them away. DO NOT KEEP THE FLAME IN ONE SPOT OR YOUR YOU WILL BURN YOUR WORK. Easy to do so keep it moving. Practice on a cut away stabilizer project.
No. Doesn’t have to be. Everyone’s machine is set up different. Your tension knobs are different from mine, your bobbin tension is different from mine and your center bar is different from mine. All these tension adjustments are meant to be adjusted for each individual’s preferences. If i do puff all the time and you do flats out adjustments are gonna be different. Even if we do the same things our machines are still gonna be different because you are not me. All 8 of my machines are different but I understand what adjustment to make when i need the machine to embroider a certain way.

Thank you so much this was so helpful
My pleasure.
Good idea to stop tension test halfway through. Wicked. How often do you tension test?
I hardly ever do it at all. I adjust on the fly when I see stitches coming out weird looking.
Thank you for the info ❤️❤️
For sure.
For sure.
a i really needed that bro thank you
My pleasure.
I learned somethings about tension. I am trying to do a 3D and my tension has gone wild.
You definitely have to adjust your tension when doing 3D puff.

What have I done to make the machine not so at all the top thread is not Sewing at all?
If thread rips is it because the top is to tight ??

Your center bar is too high ? Shouldn’t it be centered
