    Hearing you explain fishing those huge baits, and the mental toughness of it makes me think of musky fishing! It can be a grind, but just one fish makes all the hard work worth it. Congrats on the peacocks buddy!

    • @LakeForkGuy
      @LakeForkGuy  7 років тому +1

      +Adam Stew a lot like muskee Fishing I would imagine. Hours and hours with out getting bites

    • @AdamStew
      @AdamStew 7 років тому +1

      Sometimes days! Its definitely a grind.

    • @fishfearme6606
      @fishfearme6606 7 років тому

      Us musky guys know how to throw a big bait though. Using the entire rod to throw the bait instead and following thru the cast. Not "flicking" it like a bass angler does. Working the chopper is a chore in and of itself, but casting a 5-8, sometimes even a 10 oz bait all day can be very hard on wrists and elbows if one does not have the right technique. LFG, use your entire body and let the rod hurl that bait out there, quit overworking yourself.

    Holy cow Justin those peacock bass are huge! They are bigger than the ones in Florida. Wow is all I can say. Good thing is you got your workout done. I'm surprised on that last fish your rod didn't snap in half. That thing was bent like it was about to snap. Those rods are strong as heck. Thx for uploading this on your vacation. Enjoy Hawaii!
