There are a lot of KDrama references in this drama so I’ll list them
1. The psychiatrist was a cameo by the actor who played the main male lead’s (Kim Soo Hyun) brother with autism in his earlier drama It’s Okay to Not be Okay. Highly recommended to watch!

Agreed. Same. But just from ep1 alone I completely understood why he wanted the divorce and was afraid to go through with it. Her family has a history of destroying anyone who divorced one of them. Somehow other reactors seem to ignore this point.
it’s an amazing drama so fun to see how things go between them , find out how their marriage fell off and how her sickness brings them together again but you’re really going to need a box of tissues on you for the last episodes

sure, but please understand this is an initial reaction to what im watching in the moment. Often times when you would call a person a bad name they are misunderstood. As I continue watching the series I am sure I will see the things that caused me to misunderstand her.

You see, your childhood molds who you are today. Hae-in doesn't have a good childhood and a mess up family, while Hyunwoo do have a good childhood and a loving family. And who they are today speaks volume.
Most people have some kind of childhood trauma shaping how they behave as adults. Does it excuse how she treats him? She speaks down to him. Thats not acceptable in public or in private. I would definitely not be ok with him doing that to her.
@@bereasonable8018 Who's excusing her attitude? No one. I'm saying here is that childhood plays a major role to our lives. I'm comparing their lives, Hyunwoo lives with a good environment so he grew up kind and good man. Haein lives in dysfunctional and bad environment so she's cold and stoic. And you're environment can influence your actions up until today. If you're surrounded by good people, you want to be like them. No one is born bad.
That's it. I'm not saying you should excuse her attitude because blah blah blah. I'm saying that she wasn't born like that. Haein is mosaic of her environment. It will be difficult to improve since it cannot be change.
Please remember that she's suspicious of him, that's why she's also treating him like that (But I'm not excusing her attitude). I think normal reaction and action towards a suspicious person is to be wary and cold with them. It's not like Hyunwoo is any different, he's cold to her before she admit that she's dying.
@@coco-sh2ny but why was she suspicious of him. He did nothing to earn that. He ghosted her when he found out who she really was and she flew to him in a helicopter to convince him to marry her. They were in love when they married and suddenly she was suspicious of him? They need to show him doing something to earn that.

She mentioned that she's suspicious of him (their relationship is already strained) because after their conflict, they grew apart and treating each other cold. Then he suddenly so caring all of a sudden (when she knows that he's upset with her and their relationship wasn't okay). That's why she's asking him if he will be really sad if she's gone, if he's telling the truth because she thinks that there's nothing can save their relationship. If it wasn't for her illness, I don't think their relationship would be okay again anyway.
His attorney friend get in his head to be caring to her again to get her will, it might be evil but I think it also helps them to be together again.
HAEIN also warned him that her family is different and she won't be able to be with him since she's gonna manage their company. That's why when he found out that she's crazy rich, he ghosted her. But Hae-in promised that she won't make him cry, which she fulfilled BEFORE the conflict. They even got a baby. And they even conquered her family, they were so happy. But after the conflict, everything fell apart, that's where things become so hard for him and her as well.
But she always got his back without him knowing.
@@coco-sh2ny oh you mean that she is suspicious now. I thought you meant she became suspicious of him and changed from being a loving wife to cold and power mad. My point is that she changed first and caused him to distant himself when he never wanted that. Yes he moved into a separate bedroom but he must have been pushed to the point of breaking. We have seen how tenacious he is to be with her. One fight would not have pushed him away like that. She is right to be suspicious of him now because his change in attitude towards her since finding out about her impending death is complete 180 degrees from how he used to be with her. Seriously though, she has nothing to lose by just enjoying his attentions in her final days. After all, she signed a will when they married which cut him out completely. He gains nothing but freedom from her death so what is the point if being suspicious. He’s not abusive and clearly he’s not trying to kill her sooner. So why even care about his motivations when he’s willing to be the attentive husband during her final days?

You should watch My Mister, starring IU and the guy from Parasite. It's great. The characters were so well written, the story was compelling, just a great show.

Other dramas are not even close in my mind to those. And I've watched probably almost 100 titles already.
From J dramas I recommend highly
1. Silent
2. Hold my hand at twilight (Yorushika music makes it even better)
idk, I really liked Move to Heaven and The Glory. They're at my top atm, but again that's out of like 8 series lol
@@FreshestReacts didn't watch move to heaven. Glory was really good, probably my top 10 though. I like when in drama all clicks. You'll see how the ost will work in here. After a few episodes you'll start to have tears in your eyes just by hearing HEIZE. Those 3 are imo most complete in terms of characters, side characters, villains, storyline, plot twists, production and music.
