Wow! This guy is fantastic at 2020 hindsight. No analysis of the salary cap situations, no mention that Patrick was panned by nearly every pundit and coach in the NFL, no mention of Trav’s and Tyreek’s issues on and off the field in their early years. Coach Reed is a genius at developing a game plan to fit the talents of his players. All three of the Chief’s players he mentioned have praised Big Red and all three have admitted that no other NFL coach recognized their uniqueness or was genius enough to build around them. I can’t speak for other situations, but as a Kansas City guy, I remember how poorly respected Texas Tech’s air raid offense was by the NFL. I remember all the yards we were penalized at critical points in games because of Travis’ inability to control his emotions. I remember the legal issues in the media for Tyreek. Those things got other great players kicked off the team, but Andy saw the potential where others couldn’t.
If my bears couldn't develop trubisky who was serviceable at best, what makes you think we'd be able to develop mahomes? Kansas City was literally the perfect spot for him to go to
And to this POINT that OLD NFL team is STILL looking for it's 1st GREAT QB ! Better hope J. Fields isn't just another Le Mare , JR ? A RB playing at the QB spot ?
To me it was the Cowboys drafting Taco Charleston one pick before TJ Watt. Baker was the Heisman winner and was always considered the 1st pick that draft. In fact most experts considered it to be a gamble to draft Allen as high as the bills did
I also love how we disregard Travis Kelce being kicked of Cincinnati for failing a drug test and wouldn’t have come back on the team if it weren’t for his brother pulling some strings
As a Eagles fan, the Jalen Reagor pick hurt at the moment. But if you think about it, if the Eagles picked Justin Jefferson, we would have a very talented WR, sure, but if we picked JJETAS, we wouldn’t have gotten Davonta Smith and AJ Brown. Two of the best WR in the game. And personally, I would rather have two elite receivers than one future hall of famer receiver. So at the time, that pick hurt. But now it isn’t so bad after all!
it almost sounds like ur saying you are better off without jefferson, which isn't true. every team will still look for a solid WR2 so no matter what the front office would've given hurts a good WR2, its not like Jefferson would be the only good one. receivers like devonta are common, receivers like Jefferson are not.
Cleveland also had #4 pick that same year, and Allen was picked way after that too. But, Browns did pick Denzel Ward with that #4 pick and Nick Chubb in round 2, so, they still had a pretty good draft that year.
These are such bad takes. It's easy to look at a draft years down the road and call a team stupid for passing on players that turned out great. Mahomes was a reach at the time for Chiefs and he just happened to turn into what he is, it was more of a shock at the time that the Chiefs selected him there than anything. Justin Jefferson is the only legit take here, he was clearly best available wr st the time, bad decision for the eagles. Baker was better on paper than allen, allen again was a reach at the time. Just bad takes all around cherry picking decisions that nobody could see at the time. Your opinion, just a bad one.

Injuries likely played a role in his longevity.
get your facts straight before you go on the internet and post. Baker Mayfield came off of a season where he won the highsman and no one expected josh Allen to be the first pick. People thought that the browns would take either Sam Darnold or Baker. in 2017 not everyone thought than Mahomes was going to be close to as good as he is today. Mose people thought that Watson would be better than Mahomes at the time. And Trubisky just looked like the best qb coming out of the draft at that time if not than Watson. In 2018 the patriots needed a rb more than a qb because they knew that brady was gonna either leave or retire soon so they wanted to get more rings then instead of now. That is why took Sony Michel who HELPED THE PATIOTS WIN A SUPER BOWL. And at the time Lamar didn't look like a great qb and was not projected to go into the top 10. With the eagles pick with Reagor in 2020 Jefferson did look like the better receiver than Reagor but it worked out for them because they ended up getting Aj brown and Devonte smith. Also, they didn't get Jalen hurts until later into that draft. With the giants pick in 2020 they didn't need a qb because Danny dimes just came off of his rookie year and still had time to grow as a prospect. They thought that getting an elite offensive lineman to protect him because they had no protection for him. And he is still one of the best linemen in the league even though he does get injured. Also, a team cannot finish off their season 3-9 and no team ever has in the super bowl era. As a giants fan you should know that. For the Tyreek and Kelce picks they were NOT obvious picks because the two had off the field problems that most teams did not want to take a gamble on. Before you come on to the internet and make a stupid post, please think about what you say and at least fact check what you say so you're not 100% wrong.
I love this video you are on point 1000%..I'm a new englander they piss me off not drafting Lamar Jackson they talked him up leading up the draft only to left off him their draft board..this my team but the Patriots is worst when come to drafting sure they found a few gems but overall they dead last in tears of evaluating talent and drafting
@@irishledden4924It took John Elway well over a decade to win his, so I'll never say never. Also, many great HOFers never won championships like Dan Marino.
His first 3 takes were questionable but fair, but as a giants fan he lost me at andrew thomas being a mistake. Sure, lets take 2 qbs in a row and throw them behind one of the worst lines in football. Wouldve been better off saying evan neal or kadarius toney.
The take on the patriots is bad. It was not the worst decision in our franchise history. Sony michell scored the winning touchdown in the most boring super bowl I’ve ever laid my eyes on. Yeah lamar would have been nice but bill belicheck trusted the rest of the team around Brady to develop and be good even without a good qb. If we did take lamar, since Brady was starting lamar would have never developed like how he did on the ravens. Bad take.
Stopped watching when this clown started with Mayfield. I don't like the guy as a person, but he was the best QB Cleveland had in years, even won a playoff game. Dude was hurt in 3 different body parts and still played the season where everyone turned on him. Don't be so rah rah on Josh Allen, he's a turnover machine
I'm not a browns fan but I definitely disagree with the shade thrown at mayfield. I think they treated him poorly but thats not even the biggest mistake in franchise history...what about Johnny Manziel?
I want to say - Christian Yelich is one of the most Incredible Baseball Athlete's. No matter what happens with the Brewers later on Wednesday - You played hard. Not only winning the Division again but you have thousands of Fans. I'll always choose Milwaukee over The Dodgers and The Mets. The Braves as well.
in 2018 Josh Allen was considered a guy with potential, but very, very raw. There was never any chance he was going to be picked first. Baker wasn't a bust for the Browns. he played well for them until 2021. In 2021 he played injured all season and required surgery after the season. The Browns blamed their downward slide on Mayfield and decided to trade him and that trade was the biggest mistake they could have made. What about Josh Allen? His rookie year was abysmal. He did improve some in his second year and he excelled in his third year only after the Bills acquired Stephan Diggs. In 2017 Mahomes was considered by most (incorrectly) two be the 4th quarterback taken that year. People were surprised to see the Chiefs trade up to take Mahomes.
Baker, was the guy Brown's needed so bad. Benched until almost the half of 3rd gm, comes in 14 down & ends 635 day embarrassment. Before Baker, 1 win in 2 seasons, 4 w's in 3yrs, 18yrs no p/o's, 26yrs no p/o wins. 51yrs no p/o road wins. Stefanski, as a rookie wins AP & NFL's Coach of the Year. Oh! you bet Baker played big in his 5th head coach award. Cleveland won 12 gms in '20.
The eagles sure did miss out on Jefferson, but a few years later, they get A.J. Brown, and are in the super bowl. Jefferson is the best wr in the NFL, but oh well?
Josh Allen is on the cover of Madden 2024, Patrick Mahomes is on the cover of Madden 2020, & on the cover of Madden 2022 with Tom Brady, and Lamar Jackson is on the cover of Madden 2021
I'm not even done with the first guy and this is bad. There were 4 popular qbs not 2 in 2018 - see sam darnold also selected before Josh Allen (who was taken 7 overall). The bills were also not "struggling", they had been at worst middle of the road and the previous season they went 9-7 and made the playoffs. This just feels like you made it from memory without any fact checking
0:37 To me I don’t think this was the worst decision in Browns history. I don’t even think it is close. The worst choice ever was drafting Johnny Manziel. He was supposed to be a great quarterback that would turn the Browns franchise around. He never did anything close to that. He was always a backup and 3rd string because he wasn’t close to good. Meanwhile Baker was actually good. He doesn’t deserve hate. He lead the browns to the playoffs, and even a playoff win. He was great for the browns and had a few good seasons there. And during this past playoffs, he lead the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a divisional round appearance. He was a star this season for the Bucs. He is not the worst decision.
Would your offense be the way it was if you took Kelce, though? And Kelce is the greatest Tight End of all time, so I'm pretty sure you'd rather have him than overated Kittle. Not saying he's bad, I just don't see what's so great about him.
@@TillmanStudios 1. kelce is not all that close even to being the greatest te oat, (behind gronk, antonio gates, and tony gonzales.) 2. kielce doesn’t fit the offense. kielce is literally a wr with the title te, we have the best offensive position group in the league and we already have too many mouths to feed, we don’t need more 3. kittle fits the team perfectly, he is the best position player te in the league and is a crucial part of the niners offense 4. kittle is fucking awesome. he is the most likable player in the league and he is the soul of the team always bringing energy to it if you really were an nfl fan you would know all of that but clearly ur not. so stop spittin like u know what ur sayin💀
@@vexx.prod_ Lol, Kelce has already passed gates, if I'm not mistaken, and he's catching up to Gronk and Gonzales. And you also didn't even answer me question, would your offense be what it is now if you had drafted Kelce? And would you have the players you have now if you had Kelce. And although I do think Kittle is a great guy, you can't hate that guy, and he is a good player I personally think he's playing on the field is overated. Kelce is ten times better than Kecle and there are plently of real NFL fans who would agree with me that Kelce is one of, if not the, best Tight End in NFL history.
Allen was a bust until Diggs got to town. The Bears really screwed passing up on Mahomes and Watson, and the Patriots passing on Lamar for Sony Michel.
Actually, the Giants blundered twice in consecutive drafts: when the Raiders stupidly passed on DE Josh Allen in 2019, that was a gift for the Giants. Except they reached BIG TIME for Daniel Jones. Keeping Eli one last season as starter would have resulted in a high pick and Justin Herbert.. Herbert AND stud DE Allen.
I'm not a Pats fan but tbh they had no reason to really look to take a qb they needed a HB at the time and they went for it Lamar made no sense for them Brady was still playin good
They also thought that they could resign him because none of us could imagine a world where Brady wouldn't be a Patroit. And Lamar wouldn't have even fit the scheme that they were running.
Also...regarding the Packers...his off field antics resulted in him being ignored at the draft. Packers don't pick up divas unless their name is Aaron Rodgers.
The reason for terrible draft mistakes revolves around the owners. I truly believe that the owner of the team has the final word on who will be drafted. There's alot more going on in drafting a player and its not solely based on talent.
Did I miss any draft mistakes? I THINK I GOT THEM ALL RIGHT HERE

Andrew Thomas is a top five OT fr
I love this video you are on point 1000%..I'm a new englander they piss me off not drafting Lamar Jackson they talked him up leading up the draft only to left off him their draft board..this my team but the Patriots is worst when come to drafting sure they found a few gems but overall they dead last in tears of evaluating talent and drafting
Jackson will NEVER win a superbowl.
You sound like this clown's next door neighbor.
Don’t think bro actually knows how our drafting is
i love these vids
The take on the patriots is bad. It was not the worst decision in our franchise history. Sony michell scored the winning touchdown in the most boring super bowl I’ve ever laid my eyes on. Yeah lamar would have been nice but bill belicheck trusted the rest of the team around Brady to develop and be good even without a good qb. If we did take lamar, since Brady was starting lamar would have never developed like how he did on the ravens. Bad take.
🤯what are they thinkig
I’m gonna shock you LNUBlitz! Mitch Trubisky is too funny. I drafted LNUBlitz as a normal quart back for the Chicago Bears!
As a Niners fan we’ve wiffed on Mahomes, Lamar, Watson, and Brady when he went to TB all for Jimmy G….
The bigger mistake for the Giants was not taking Micah Parsons. Instead they trade down and take Kadarius Toney.
The legend is back
I'm not a browns fan but I definitely disagree with the shade thrown at mayfield. I think they treated him poorly but thats not even the biggest mistake in franchise history...what about Johnny Manziel?
He doesn’t realize that these teams can see the future and this is a example of hating on teams for taking the wrong choice in a 50-50 choice
W vid as always!
I was lol
Nevermind
I want to say - Christian Yelich is one of the most Incredible Baseball Athlete's. No matter what happens with the Brewers later on Wednesday - You played hard. Not only winning the Division again but you have thousands of Fans. I'll always choose Milwaukee over The Dodgers and The Mets. The Braves as well.
Well sure we don’t have Travis kelce but we do have Gorege kittle
Dude I’m pretty sure Trevor Davis would be on the practice squad plus he was a solid return man
I didn't know the situation with Hill in the 2016 Draft, wow.
Imagine Rodgers, Adams and Hill in this season.
Why is everything in your video backwards?? Can’t watch.
Trash hindsight is 20/20 and flawed Bills traded the pick to the Chiefs to get Mahomes. That didn’t happen no Josh etc. bad takes.
in 2018 Josh Allen was considered a guy with potential, but very, very raw.
We Eagles fans are STILL raw about this. However, AJ Brown and Devonta Smith make it a lot less painful....
The way he said tuas last name 😂😂😂
Fr
This is probably the worst take by anyone ever
As a 49ers fan we were so stupid then but now we have George kittle
when Dallas drafted Taco Charlton with TJ watt still on the board...as a cowboys fan, it made me sick.
Nice video keep up the Good work man 👍🏻
7:34 he also had a problem with sum in college so people thought he would be controversial
Why tf does everyone talk like this in their videos now?
i think the bills not choosing Mahomes
Does this guy remember who Johnny Football was?
Cool vid
Alittle tip for ya, Greg... calm down on the yelling. It's gets pretty annoying pretty quick.
As a Niners fan, I am glad we didn’t pick Kelce. We got kittle a few yrs later and he fits the offense better
Would your offense be the way it was if you took Kelce, though? And Kelce is the greatest Tight End of all time, so I'm pretty sure you'd rather have him than overated Kittle. Not saying he's bad, I just don't see what's so great about him.
@@TillmanStudios
1. kelce is not all that close even to being the greatest te oat, (behind gronk, antonio gates, and tony gonzales.)
2. kielce doesn’t fit the offense. kielce is literally a wr with the title te, we have the best offensive position group in the league and we already have too many mouths to feed, we don’t need more
3. kittle fits the team perfectly, he is the best position player te in the league and is a crucial part of the niners offense
4. kittle is fucking awesome. he is the most likable player in the league and he is the soul of the team always bringing energy to it
if you really were an nfl fan you would know all of that but clearly ur not. so stop spittin like u know what ur sayin💀
@@vexx.prod_how did Kittle do in the last Superbowl as compared to Travis?
bro compare the 49ers now to any team he said
Allen was a bust until Diggs got to town. The Bears really screwed passing up on Mahomes and Watson, and the Patriots passing on Lamar for Sony Michel.
Don't forget that if the Giants didn't draft Barkley in that year they could have drafted Josh Allen and in the second round nick chubbs
Tyreek Hill wasn’t getting drafted because he had a run in with the law and went to West Alabama. Even the chiefs fans were mad about it
I'm not a Pats fan but tbh they had no reason to really look to take a qb they needed a HB at the time and they went for it
Lamar made no sense for them Brady was still playin good
They also thought that they could resign him because none of us could imagine a world where Brady wouldn't be a Patroit. And Lamar wouldn't have even fit the scheme that they were running.
Maybe Mayfield (or all) would better (in your video) if they didn't spell their names backwards or throw left-handed! Nice production quality LNU!
good thing the giants didn't take tua cuz as a dolphins fan we need him
Mayfield worse than Manziel? Are you kidding me?
Also...regarding the Packers...his off field antics resulted in him being ignored at the draft. Packers don't pick up divas unless their name is Aaron Rodgers.
The reason for terrible draft mistakes revolves around the owners. I truly believe that the owner of the team has the final word on who will be drafted. There's alot more going on in drafting a player and its not solely based on talent.
