Austin, great video. I have a question, hopefully you can clear my doubt: I was wondering that if price does a small false breakout below a zone and only then shows strenght and breaks structure, do you consider that to be a valid setup? Thank you in advance.

sometimes yes but I only recommend this to more veteran traders who already have a very good understanding of the trading strategy and how price reacts during these events. Even if I take a trade like this I will still do half risk.

Encouraging struggling traders to trade live accounts is horrible advice. Folks, do not listen to that advice. Trade sim until you develop your edge. If you cannot trade a sim account to profitability, you have ZERO chance of profitably trading a live account. ZERO. You need screen time to learn to read the visual language of price action and develop an edge that makes money over time. This takes a minimum of 1 to 2 years for most people. Trading is potentially the most difficult endeavor you will do in your life. This is why most people fail and is so rewarding for those that make it.

What he meant is a small live account before you actually open a real account. Trading with actual money will make you emotional and you need to deal with that on a small account to get the grasp of it before you actually trading big account. That's just my opinion.

and if you don't have 100-200$ to potentially lose then you shouldn't be trading and should be focused on getting a job. The trader will learn a lot faster by trading real live markets. Just my opinion but if your profitable then you shouldn't even be watching trading videos on youtube. Enjoy your weekend/week.

I disagree, trading live allows you to to get over the association and the fear of losing money, whereas on demo the consequences just aren't the same, I could trade perfectly on demo for a year and when I tried going live I wrecked my self within 3 months, The connotation between the 2 just aren't the same things.

@@danielbrink9475 Well you're entitled to your opinion, but I strongly disagree with you. I took my sim trading serious and I felt every loss and every win. Just as others do. Again, I can't stress enough, if you cannot trade a sim account into profit, you have absolutely zero hope of doing it with a live account. Zero. You WILL lose every real dollar you put at risk. Newbies don't know how to put odds in their favor. Newbies strategy hop. Newbies commit all the basic mistakes that experienced traders have learned from. In my honest opinion, once you have proven a viable strategy that can make money over time if your rules are followed, then and only then should you attempt to go live with real money. At this stage, you will have developed the confidence that the strategy can work, and the discipline to execute properly.
