Constructive criticism for Billy, great motivational speaking but there's only such you can do, if you have put effort into motivating a player then he shouldn't even be on the pitch in the first place, I think there should be a much greater emphasis on tactics and instructions, especially on a group level (not individual not team-wide but groups of 3-4 players that have a set of instructions and a gameplan, like a midfield diamond for example, like how Justin coaches ) 👍

The preparation for this team is horrendous. Always missing the arrival time with poor warm ups. Knowing it’s preseason this needs to be number one on the list before the season. The ego on these boys has changed them

Unlucky the boys gave it their all, individual mistakes again similar to last season. What happened to Phillip? He’s that midfield maestro that can change games. Overall good performance, just need to cut out those mistakes.

That was a BIG test too see, if the boys play as a unit!! Therefore, it was a good idea, playing against them, away aswell! What can we take from this game:
-As a team, the first 30 minutes were really good, as Billy (very good coach b.t.w!) said
-They weren't playing with much confidence. Maybe the results against the other UA-cam Teams were getting into their heads.
-Of course, key players like: Theo, Sherry (Sherry, Sherry, Oh, He's better than Eric Cantonaaa), Wonderboy, Vinny, Jay and the GK's all were missing and this was a bit too much! Jamz, Walz, (they're not good enough! And not even close to be called ballers!) So there were players on the pitch that think are better than there really are.

KITCHENERS = 12 PLAYERS (WITH THE REF)
IT WAS A GOOD GAME CUS EVERY PLAYER GIVE 100% AND EVERYONE CAN SEE THIS , IS A MIRACLE THAT NOBODY INJURED FROM ALL THE DIRTY TACKLES WE NEED TO KEEP OUR HEAD UP!
