@@rezkillz7409 on a driving test the examiner will expect to see full control of a car by applying the handbrake when he pulls up and putting the car in neutral this demonstrates full car control. Then when the driver moves off he can then perform all mirror and blind spot checks before he moves off again this this would be considered a minor at the very least but a major/dangerous fault being where he is on the road and positioning of the road in traffic as If his foot slips off the clutch or the clutch failed he would jerk forwards enabling an accident therefore not having full safe control of the vehicle
