God bless you sir. Been looking everywhere for this to show my husband where the hole is and how it is supposed to look/work. I appreciate this more than I can say.
I like the fact that you don't show removing every nut, bolt ,and electrical connections. You do the diagnosis and show the repair after. Good editing.
One thing to note about cameras (lenses in particular) is that all lenses have a minimum focus distance. This is the closest distance to the lens that it's capable of focusing on. If you're having trouble focusing on something close, try moving it away from the camera and zooming in to make the subject larger on screen.
Yours may not have the same set up. You may have detrim the entire door. There are a few VW technicians on our Facebook groups. You should go on the Facebook group Wrenching with Kenny (answer all the questions) put the year, make & model of your vehicle in your post. Be sure to include what is happening with your vehicle & what you have done to fix it so far. Keep wrenching!

Tip: when you want to autofocus on a small object like the bit, put something behind it, like your other hand.

Something's not sitting right with that handle, however. It's hitting the door causing damage to the paint.
