Just a question though, for the 2nd part, is there anything else I could dabble on to squeeze even more FPS? I don't mind the bad quality ingame as long as the gameplay is even smoother.
The last resort is to reduce resolution. But it will ruin the gameplay.

@@renseiryuu pause the game and choose options then choose display. Set display mode to full screen and resolution to 1280x720. That will boost the FPS but it will destroy image quality.

Fsr quality is very bad please provide better advice
Edit: I re-watch the video it's really good but I only hate fsr because in this game is really bad it doesn't look near acceptable but I really like the command list even though it can put you in some risk of getting banned but maybe one day they will put an off option on all settings please can you provide the source of the command list because I don't know where people get them from

2ndly, No, you arent at risk of a ban for using changing the engine file. All the commands do is alter graphic settings. You can do this on nearly every game, even pvp games
and 3rd, the ONLY option that is viable for anyone who doesnt have an RTX Nvidia card is FSR. FSR isnt the issue, its usually UE5. Dev's are still trying to figure out how to optimize graphics with the new engine. Give it another year and it might be better

In that link you can see many unreal engine 5 commands. But I recommend you not to waste your time. It's thousands of commands. What you needed I've shown you already.
About fsr since fsr works on every GPU that's because I always recommend fsr. Remember on channels like this the goal is to boost the FPS at any cost. Even by destroying image quality. When you are playing on low end PC there's no way to boost the FPS without sacrificing image quality. About getting banned you're right. Since this is an online game anything is possible.
