First. Mr Hal I'm guessing that truck couldn't pass a DOT inspection and probably shouldn't have been on the road. Law Enforcement up here wouldn't have allowed them to roll it back over like that on a public road. They would have made them wait for the Wrecker. Safety concerns they would say. Yeah Was thanking same no way the truck pass inspection but also if it not for hire don't have to worry about DOT . But I could be wrong then again it could be class as farm equipment the same as a tractor on the road 🤔

Years ago we had a tandem GMC dump truck with a 427 industrial block in it for building cottage roads...There was a troublesome swamp that would seem to stop eating gravel...My partner was heading in with a load of sand on the fresh road over the swamp and the passenger rear tires sank as he tried to correct the truck the truck laid out diagonally across the road..using a chain around the upper box frame and the truck frame the old 480 case pulled the truck back on it's feet... quick pulling of the plugs and a little oil added the Jimmy fired right up again minus passenger mirror...
