to be fair I'd expect an explosive round to do better splash damage. Also its a shotgun, most games dont require you to ADS shotguns for them to be effective.

The FRAG rounds are actually powerful just like the Slugs, hit the target; not the ground.
When I saw frag rounds I got flash backs of USAS 12 frags rounds, Operation Metro, and a blue tint.
