I would not recommend adding that much psyllium husk into water and drinking it straight up like that. Psyllium husk has a particular taste that is not very pleasant; it would be quite difficult to stomach it plain. Would be best to add a teaspoon of it to juice or smoothies, or soups, and to space out your intake throughout the day.
