Can it take Bluetooth from your phone going in, and then broadcast that audio to several Bluetooth headsets?
No, it's designed for controlling audio going into your computer.
The caller I am speaking to is getting a full volume repeat of everything she says on here end - whether using AirPods, Speaker, etc. She hears me fine from the RC pro 2 and I get a clean recording signal from her. But she get's a full volume echo of everything SHE says - not me (the host). She hears me fine. Anyone have any idea what's going on on her end to cause this? Mix minus is set on the bluetooth channel of the RCP2.
Both you and the guest need to be using headphones.

Can we connect Airpods pro 2 ? Im on a road of figuring this problem for myself out and that is connecting my phone via usb and route that to airpods through bluetooth. why not connecting phone directly to airpods some may ask 👏cause i want to use my xlr mic to talk through and not airpods while im gaming on my phone as an example. and while im doing that i listen to all audio coming in to Rodecaster pro 2 through airpods.

Is it right that I can't connect and Bluetooth Headset to use it for hearing and speaking? Input and output. Because I can only hear sound with my Corsair HS80 but I can't send Voice with the Mic of this Headset.

The RCP2 is designed for use with a computer - so you might be able to do that if you connect your phone to the same computer and then use software like Ecamm (mac) or vMix (PC) to stream
Hi everyone, does anybody also has problems with bluetooth and iphone 15pro max? For music and playing media everything works perfect. But phonecalls not possible at all. Mix minus activated, or manually only routed the mic to BT out. But the caller does only hear with a very poor quality and after some seconds nothing at all, only cracking sounds. I tried deactivate postprocessing, filters reduce channels etc. but no chance. Is someone els expecting that behavior? Thanks for response, and thanks for your great videos... Bo...
Additional Info: Just repeated the test with an older Iphone 14. Here it works. With Iphone 15 pro max no chance. Strange....
Have you tried connecting via Bluetooth?
When I first connected it worked. Now when re-connect, it says it is connected but no sound is going to bluetooth AirPods. I paired it again many times but still not working. I tested with other Bluetooth headphones and it worked. I tested this AirPod in other devices and it worked.
Can you help me please?
Sounds like you might need to update the software.
Find out the solution. Just need to reset AirPods. It is not reconnect, it is reset.

Thank You it works, but the speaker has about 60s-75s delay, when we speak from wired mic. do you have any setting that we could do to fix the issue. thank you for this video and thanks in advance
That's not normal behavior, so you might want to start over from the beginning because maybe you got to set it wrong along the way, but tracking that down is often harder than just starting over.
Thanks for the Video; have watched numerous times. Unfortunately I continue to have echo on my Blue Tooth Earbuds (Sony) when I speak though my Mic on Mic Channel 1 despite choosing Mix Minus, do you have any ideas on that? I didn't see in any detail the settings for a Blue Tooth sound issues past connection. I have no issues with Eccho listening via headphones linked to Jack No 1. Thanks in advance.

I would like to point out that I did the test with two different acoustic devices.
The first time both devices connected perfectly, and the second Bluetooth symbol appeared next to the outgoing monitor symbol.
I turned the rhodecaster pro II off and on again, both devices were no longer displayed among the devices and I was no longer able to connect them. I repeat, the first time they worked perfectly. What could I do to solve the problem?

Can you connect beats headset? And hear you the audio from the mic for example shure mic? Used those headphones like for podcast? Before I spend 700 dollars bro
You can connect any Bluetooth headset to the Rodecaster Pro 2, however, due to the limitations of Bluetooth you will hear a slight delay in your audio. Not a huge problem if you’re using it just to listen to your computer sound but if you’re using it to monitor yourself and your podcast guests in real time then you really should stick with physically wired headsets as there is zero delay.
After hooking my iPhone up via Bluetooth to my road caster pro two, I get an echo of my own voice through my headphones on channel one. Why is this?

Why add the TaoTronics and not just use a Bluetooth Headset connected directly to the RCPII?? Great video btw. Thank you.
Bluetooth isn't reliable, so we don't recommend it off the bat!
@@LiveStreamingPros Wow! That was a fast response! I'm impressed! I have some Bluetooth headphones that I have tried to use with this machine, but the latency is horrible, so I'm sticking to the wired headphones. I wish that could be fixed!

The RCP is used to manage audio that is being fed to a streaming/recording tool like Ecamm or vMix, it's not something that will help you stream to platforms like Tiktok, UA-cam, etc.

I am able to add my ipad as a bluetooth device, and i changed the volume to a physical fader, but when i record, when i adjust the volume of that bluetooth device, It is recording at one level the whole time. I am recording through Audacity. Is there a setting i am missing to allow this to be adjusted while recording?
It sounds like you've got it set up right, but Bluetooth can be wonky. Maybe reach out to Rode support to see if they have any tips?
If you're recording Multitrack it may be that it is set to pre fader

I am wondering if this might be the best way to do a remote interview for my podcast? I have some remote interviews coming up.
If you're on a Mac, we highly recommend Ecamm Live. They have Interview Mode and on M1/M2 Macs you can bring in up to 10 remote guests! lsp.tools/ecamm
Or if you're on Windows, we recommend vMix. vMix has "vMix Call" which allows you to bring remote guests in as well. An alternative to vMix for Windows is OBS Studio. It's free, but in order to bring remote guests in you have to use something like vdo.ninja.
