I love the Magnus Archives Series
Dmn bro spoiler warning their i was hoping to catch up on this show when hbomax comes out but still enjoy your content, keep it up.
"Avengers Infinity War is the most ambitious cross over ever!"
Generator Rex and Ben 10 : *observe*
Grim Adventures of KND, CN invasion special and Cartoon Network City bumpers: we did it before it was cool.
Scooby Doo and Johnny Bravo. Need I say more.
What about Scooby Doo Mystery inc. Episode 14? That Hanna-Barbera crossover. It was aired before Ben 10/Generator Rex crossover.
@Thomas Meehan That crossover in 1994's Spider-Man, Secret Wars' loosed adaptation. Justice League Unlimited.
Andrade i actually lost my shit when i saw it as a kid
The show was my favorite because how "adult" it was. The organization is basically the SCP foundation, the guards do actually use guns and bullets instead of stupid lazer shit, alot of them actually died in horrific ways, rex is not always there in time to save them
it even show van klaiss and white bleeding. im still watching it today.
Guard Jim was six days away from retiring, but he got killed by one of The Pack members. He rarely had free time to spent with his family, his son was so excited for the week to end so he can spend more time with his father. His family will miss him very much
Been a long time since I watched it
@Accident Account kimcartoon
I mean realistically lazers would be more effective than a gun in this show
"are you a man or a god?"
"I find both labels quite limiting"
Van Kleiss is an absolute madlad
he still has the best villain themesong i have ever heard
His theme remains amazing
His theme is badass
Epic theme!
I know right? When he said that I paused for a moment and was like "daaaamn. This friggin guy right here's going places!"
Also his theme is possibly my favorite villain theme ever.
So what you're telling me is that the writers cared a lot about the story, actually wrote a good script and tried their best to get the show to keep going by adding in a way to monetize it and CN just went no? That's messed up my dude, good show though, I used to love it when it aired on CN.
It is so true like common it's a great show
I still find it crazy that generator rex WASN'T as profitale as Ben 10. They have all the similar gimmicks with cool monster/alien designs as well as a protagonist who can shape shift into cool shit.
@@StardustLegend Yeah, they could have sold a shit ton of toys if they really pushed for it. Almost every EVO has a unique design that makes it so marketable.
To be fair, it’s not all that bad that Generator Rex ended where it did. The story was wrapped up, the main plot threads resolved, many characters got through their arc. At least it ended in a decent place instead of being milked over and over again, coming up with continuously more hare-brained plot directions to justify the story continuing. If anything, the main crime is simply that it’s fallen into obscurity and isn’t known by those who did not watch it when it aired (if I hadn’t watched it then, I never would’ve heard about it)
@@jordinagel1184 there were some loose threads thou. Nanites were deactivated but they were not removed.
Van kleiss is still on the run.
At least this show HAS an ending
*cough* most spider-man cartoons *cough*
Ah Spider Man-Unlimited, the symbiote invasion was never defeated and it would be a decade before another series would focus on those aliens.
Not to mention that tragic, tortured, glass-cannon adult Parker got completely replaced with teen (and then kid) Spidey, whos "muscles were powerful enough to stop bullets" and was a team leader for the government.
@@TheArcSet They were mainly referring to Spider-Man 1994 and Spectacular Spider-Man
@@TheArcSet ikr? For me though, the 1994 cartoon was the most traumatic example. Just after a BRILLIANT crossover arc they just... stopped. There should have been season 6, but it never came up...
Too soon man.
Why y'all not mentioning TNAS, it had potential but man that ending was devastating.
I like how Rex isn’t completely innocent and has done some shitty things he can’t remember , in the episode where he runs into his old EVO gang who he sold out to an EVO mobster. It gives him more depth
Later it terns out an Evo Mimic person was the one who did it, not Rex
@@eladazrad107 He’s still got layers
@@lordgeneralmilitantdeezy7550 thats true, and i love it

Who also remembers The Secret Saturdays and Firebreather?
I definitely remember secret Saturdays but what exactly is firebreather
@@shakieltaylor9995 firebreather had to do with a guy who was part kaiju part human... It was weird but interesting
@@shakieltaylor9995 , Cartoon Network's 1st original CGI movie, aired during CN Real era. Loosely based on a comic of the same name.
I rewatched the Secret Saturdays recently, it's still a very cool show
Firebreather has yet to answer how the deed happened between the King Kaiju and that one human...
"Breach" is often most people's favorite episode of Season 1. Its a great episode and introduces a great character. I feel this show was...deep for Cartoon Network at the time. Maybe too deep and they cared more about the sales than the actual potential it possessed. It was definitely a more preteen show than a show that was aimed for 7-10 year olds which is what CN was concentrating on at the time. They wanted easy money and this show wasn't making them easy money. Which is a shame because it was a very detailed and entertaining show.
Dont forget the episode was heavily based on silent hill
Ever wanted the SCP Foundation in Cartoon Network?
This episode is just for you.
"It was nice having a friend for a while" - Breach
CN was more focused on selling toys than making good shows. It's the same reason Ben 10 got rebooted to appeal to children.
This series didn’t shy away from mortality as even in Episode 9, agents died from Evo Piranhas and they aren’t around anymore.
Gunmetal Gator One’s passing was both touching and tragic. Rex was only able to salvage his mind for a few moments but he was able to say goodbye to Six (who he cared for deeply). I cried because I could see the surrogate father/son relationship growing on itself from One and Six to Six and Rex.
Who remember Godzilla: the series, it was a continuation of 1998's godzilla which was a pretty garbage movie but the animated series now that's a whole other story! the animated series was incredible. i highly recommend it!
@@gluttony3044 I do! Always been a godzilla nerd and hated zilla, but that animated series actually redeemed them in my opinion. Very well crafted.

y’all remember that one episode where the nanite virus that turned people into like big headed monsters and they’re about to nuke the city to stop the virus and rex has like a few hours to figure out where patient zero is? fire

@@badd7407 season 1, episode 2, String Theory.
Peter Meechum turns people he touchs into zombies
@@youtubestudiosucks978 O yeah him main scientist behind nanites machine's
The point with agent Six losing his memories is that it wasn't an accident. Rex brother was the one who created the machine to be used on Rex. After it "failed" Six lost exactly six years, about the same time Rex has been using his powers. It's implied it wasn't actually built to cure his amnesia, but instead to erase all the bad memories from Rex's brain since his original accident and giving him back only his childhood ones, restoring his trust into his older brother and allowing him to convince Rex to leave Providence with him. Even the way Six acts as his memories fade is the same way as Rex acts during the finale, because it was speciffically built to replicate that exact process.
Of course Cesar didn't expect Six to volunteer to test the machine, but once he saw a chance to make Six stop being a family member to Rex (and thus, getting rid of one reason for him to stay on Providence) he let the events run their course. Remember, back then he didn't trust Providence, and never liked the way Six continuously kept Rex (his only family alive) away from him.
Wow, that's a very good point. I never thought about it from that perspective. It does seem odd that Ceasar's invention would "fail" like that, especially if he was going to use it on his brother. Your theory also supports Ceasar's actions in season 3 as he would have been better able to watch over Rex.
It's a good thing Six and White Knight never found out if Ceasar really wanted to take Rex away from Providence. Six already had the urge to "kill" Ceasar after everything went wrong with his memory machine.
Six didn't volunteer for the machine. Six hit the machine with his magma blades it when he tried to free rex from it after ceasar lost control of the machine. The magma blades focused the the energy from the device to hit six insted
@@prism2451 Oh. You're right. I must have mixed that scene with the one at the end of the episode where they are trying to restore Six's memories.
Thanks for pointing it out.
Ivi-Tora Ineru why did I read this when I’m currently watching it and haven’t finished lmao
@@christeencato morbid curiousity.
This cartoon was severely underrated, great story, characters, pacing and quality of writing. I'm honestly glad it just ended instead of being brought back to life in a less meaningful way like most cartoons.
Well sir i have the misfortune that the last Ben Reboot featured a "Rex" of an upmost garbage quality in all ways, hope you Get a good at least
Man, who else really does miss this series? Really wish ben and Rex got another crossover given their kind of teasing of it.
I never expect more than 1 crossover for any series because they always tease more but rarely ever do more.
It's actually a pet peeve of mine.
Even when the series crossing over are made or owned by the same company the odds are still less likely.
buster im fine with it tho crossovers would lose their magic if they were overused as they’re suppose to be rare
@@markocumic8287 Not really since most crossovers aren't good. They get mostly overpraised for the novelty of seeing multiple ips together but the stories range from meh to bad. Rarely ever truly good.
they technically had another very short crossover in the ben 10 comics
@@buster3041 Because most Crossovers are just filler and fanservice. You rarely if ever see a crossover influencing the main overarching plot of either IP. There's never any continuity.
At least it ended as a good show
" either you die a hero or live long enough to see yourself becoming the villain " while generatorex died as a good show ben 10 lasted enough to get a fuckd up reboot
and in my opinion that's how all good shows should end
Definitely better to end something while you can rather than letting it drag on for too long and slowly die, but it still feels a tad unfortunate when you can kind of see where else they could've taken it past where it ended. But it was good, which is fine in hindsight.
Very respectable statement
YEAA I agree...the reboot was god awful and they were literally recycling stories of episodes from the OG series but making them worse..in my opinion tho omniverse was still pretty high standard- the quality may have decreased a little bit but still very much good Ben 10
I mean unfortunately it seems like they're going to be diggin up generator rex's grave with a ben 10 reboot movie though
@@StardustLegend well digging up a corps never usually goes well

True.
@@ScottaHemi440 Man of Action had nothing to do with Omniverse. They left the Ben 10 project after the original series ended.
Yeah they did a great job writing Darksiders 3 and the lore of that series is very deep. Its pretty impressive when you take into account they never had any involvement with the series prior.
@@ScottaHemi440 Omniverse fixed all the continuity errors tho
Generator rex was an incredible show. I felt so connected with the characters and i LOVED rex’s personality and appeal throughout the show. The show was brilliant the world they built was just breathtaking they made everything feel real and grounded almost like it could happen. The ending crushed me. It crushed the hope of it getting another season. It didn’t get the recognition and praise it deserves. I was hoping for more seasons. I hated the ending. I want more of generator rex i really don’t want it to end like that. And its literally the only cartoon show from my childhood that i re-watched 3 times. I love generator rex it has a very special place in my heart and nothing can change that.
This show was silently cancelled. The final episodes were aired very early in the morning.

One of the few shows I can watch and stand the horror/body horror. Sad it didn't get as popular as Ben 10 but glad it at least had an ending, and not a forced cliffhanger or no given more episodes *coughs* Storm Hawks, Thundercats 2011 *coughs*

Actually rex is kinddda incomplete too black knight and companions escapes and van kleiss still tried to be evil at the end and breach pulled him in a portal sooo
I will buy the rights to this show and continue it w some edits one day when i get rich

Thundercats 2011 seriously needs to come.e back. NOT ON CN BUT ON SOME OTHER NETWORK!

Generator Rex was one of my favorite shows as a kid. Its very much responsible for the mechnical-esque and tech side of my story and lore creation, eventually merging with my fantasy side and is kinda my main for ideas in general now. This show played such a big role in shaping me as a creator and its crazy how underappreciated it was.
Ashley Lightheart do you have an instagram? I wanna see your work cause i really love generator rex too
Wondering also ^
Van Kleiss's travel through time was some of the coolest shit.
This was an underrated gem of the post-2007 Cartoon Network lineup. Have thought about doing an episode on Get Ed!, Secret Saturdays, Zoids, or Legends of the Dragon.
What about super robot monkey team hyper force go? That was a gem that tome forgot but still can find the whole series online?
Those all banged
Generator Rex was so cool! It’s actually based on a comic book from Image Comics back in 1999 that had a very short run, by the same creators before they were known as Man Of Action. The book was called M. Rex and Rex was a blonde in it. When Generator Rex’s first episode aired a watched and thought “holy crap this seems oddly familiar” so I dug through my comic boxes and lo and behold I was right! It was one of the coolest revelations I’ve ever had in all my years of being a fan of animation and comics.
They're the same creators of the original Ben 10.
this show is so underappreciated, and i loved it to bits when i was younger. but what it lacked was cartoon network's target audience appeal. in comparison to ben 10, i think it felt too clinical. lots of white was used in the environments, compared to ben 10's differing alien planets and lush green earth environments, or dark backgrounds that let the green in the omnitrix and the bright colours of the aliens stand out. also, cool, cartoonish, funny monsters are more sellable to young boys than crazy, gross monsters. people fell in love with kid ben 10 first and got to know his arrogant, playful side before delving into the serious stuff, whilst rex even appears older than ben in character design and is more like the cool, jock cousin of ben 10.
yeah gross monsters were a turnoff to me
^^^^
I thought the monsters were ugly as a kid but now I'm 20 and they look amazing
@@Ash-hx1jz totally agree - also 20 and i can appreciate the style and the amount of work they put into the huge variety of evos. such a cool show! as a side note, i kind of wished they aimed it at adults instead :)

I cannot get into how much I like this show. The story and characters were engaging, the intro music was awesome, and I won't forget that epic crossover it had with Ben 10.
I remember there was an alternate reality website set up to promote the show called Living With Nanites, and it went into huge detail about how the Nanites work, such as how the EVO someone turns into is actually a co-dominant inheritance from both parents. The site's not around anymore, which while it sucks, kinda makes sense.
Kinda like the secret Saturdays website for cryptids, but that one is still online I wished the Rex one was online too..
Tweek Tweak oh my god thank you for reminding me of The Secret Saturday’s! Oh man it’s been far too long since I’ve thought about that childhood show.
@@idlecurator5365 bruh same lol,I guess rewatching ben 10 omniverse and them having that crossover reminded me
Thjere was a site where life action Six and Holiday train you to be Agent of Providence, you hear about how EVO works to, take a quiz quiz six and everything
Have you tried using TheWayBackMachine?
I was older when this aired, and the slightly more mature and unique take on the whole "kid with powers fighting monsters" thing really resonated with me. I adored how Providence was this... Very gray organization (loved me White Knight and what a crotchety, paranoid bastard he is) that I could see realistically existing. Also. That sweet sweet body horror. The monster designs were delicious.

Not gonna lie it feels like generator Rex probably would have gone longer if they had better merchandise.
Yup, it had a lot of potential. Hell, I'd say it's better than Ben 10

@@StardustLegend An RC bike rex would have been fun
Kids these days will never understand how lit crossover episodes were
It’s sad it had to end. You could see how the new season would probably involve. Van and Gang were saved from the cure wave by Breach at the last second. With them still in the picture it could continue with Van Kliess and gang would keep scheming and probably return Evos, VK infecting them to build an army. But for what reason we do not know. Then we have the Five, Black knight said the could get back their power so there that. And the there’s Rex still saving the day. What happens after you save the world. Will he let fame get to him. And how do people react to him since there were Evos who like being Evos.
Could be wrong but l don't think the majority of the people are aware of Rex using the God nanite to permanently stop evos. But I do agree that a season 4 with Van and Black knight would be awesome.
Mecha Zord Rex only cured them but I don’t think the nanites are gone from their systems. Their just dormant. So they could probably wake up.
Also also, just remembered, VK can infect those who weren’t there at the time of the first nanite blast. When because of the Egyptian Pharaoh that had been Evoed.
Yes
If this series were given a more serious tone and with more mature ideas and was just on Adult Swim or made into a Netflix show, it would have FLOURISHED. It's a shame, I absolutely loved this show. The main characters were interesting, the idea was amazing, and in some parts I was legitimately nervous/scared for what was going to happen next.
In season 1 episode 19 they showed Rex's giant robot form and how he lost his memory, before getting into Providence so they somewhat explained his memory loss early and didn't wait 'till the end of the series.
But it was more elaborated upon in the finale. That was just the Big Tease of why.
Matthew Williams which is perfect
I'm still salty that we don't ever see the Full Evo Form after that. I like the Omega Evo Form, but it's just..... So generic....
I was hardcore into Generator Rex while it was airing, and was part of the fandom via Tumblr. As far as I know, merch sales had a lot to do with the show not going further than a third season (and were likely responsible for its transfer to online availability only for a while until it was returned to CN's air schedule, though somewhat out of order). In comparison, even though Ben 10's ratings haven't always been as consistently solid, the toyline was apparently one of the best selling ones internationally for a while and that's probably why CN was eager to keep pouring money into that franchise. That said, folks who worked on GR have indicated they would have liked to do more if given the opportunity, but three seasons was what they were originally gunning for in terms of completion. (IIRC, they did also plan to cram more into those final episodes but ran short on time and minor bits had to be cut. One such bit showed how Bobo Haha escaped the worldwide cure, for example.)
Anyway, thanks for making and posting this video. I've been feeling nostalgic for GR as of late, what with the 10th anniversary coming up on April 23. Always nice to see other people giving this show some love, even belatedly. It certainly deserves a hell of a lot more appreciation.
One of the most underrated yet the best show I have seen because of it's near flawlessness, according to some youtuber. I mean: the plot, animation, settings, music, characters, diversity and development; not only it has fan service but also some maturity and relativity to the world. And some have taught the Avatar: the Last Air Bender series have those aspects. No, this is like second to that! Out of all the cartoons I watched in my time outside of Avatar: the Last Air Bender, this one is my first cartoon that I see that progresses out of the cartoons' comfort zone and evolves the world of cartoon making forever.
So glad people still talk about the show🥺💪
This was an underrated show. It had great characters, great story, and great animation. Brother was introduced in season 2 and although there were some misses in season 2 it was still a solid season. However, in Season 3 they really missed the mark with so many fillers and rushed. And there was a cliffhanger at the end. They also left several plot threads dangling. At least it got an ending, but it wasn’t as satisfying as it could have been.
This show used to be my everything. I remember being so obsessed with it when it was still on the air. Rex Salazar was my childhood fictional character crush. omfg I remember being o b s e s s e d with him. Can you blame me? He was quite attractive and I remember him having so many other fangirls. That made me feel less crazy lol. I remember getting hate on social media years ago because of how passionate I was over this series. Which made no sense whatsoever because it was underrated and awesome. A part of me wants there to be a decent reboot only because the original series never got the attention it deserved. Then again, reboots do not have a good track record rn. So...maybe not anytime soon. I still miss Generator Rex sm lowkey 🥺 Cartoon Network has never been the same without it.
[Story Time]
I had a classmate who always drew ben 10 aliens on his notebook. He just. He was *obsessed* with them. Like, wow, every page filled with detailed sketches and doodles. The two of us were kinda considered the 'drawers' (yes, they called us that) in class bc... we drew a lot...yea...so i kinda had this competitive vibe whenever i see him and I would just draw too...bc i *must* draw better than him and draw what he's drawing to see who's better at drawing and blah,blah,blah....
So anyway I remembered this one time when i saw him *not* draw ben 10....
And i was like 0.o , wtf? What's happening?? Who are u and what have you done to Ryan ( aka.myclassmatewholovesben10somuchheneverstopsdrawigthem)?? Just... Whomst? *What* or *who* was he drawing then?? I gotta find out and when i do....
So turns out he was drawing Rex.... that new show in cartoon network...
And i was like, hmm..... yea, he *did* look.... kinda cool....
(And 10 yr old me kinda instantly had this weird cruch on rex...ugh...he just looked so....anime-y)

And that's how i got into the show.
(Plus, the opening song definitely gave me an anime vibe which was a plus)

Generator Rex was freaking amazing, I rewatched it a few years ago in my teens but I still hold it in the same Nostalgia pedestal I got Golden Sun: Dark Dawn and Danny Phantom sitting in.
I like to consider generator rex along with the other cartoon Network shows from 2010s-2014 the cn Renaissance.
Also rex has the best theme song for a cartoon ever fight me!
It's a shame that the band, Orange, didn't really go onto do a lot

It was such a shame this series ended. It at least deserved a fourth season. Van Kleiss survived at the end of season 3 and could have been the main villain for the next one. The action was great, but I especially liked this series because of its main characters. As the show went on they really did feel like a family.
Man of Action originally planed to do 4 seasons of Generator Rex, unfortunately they have 3 seasons.

my god, the memories are flowing back
I remember watching the breach episode the same night I saw the Sym-Bionic Titan episode involving Octus teaching that girl and then thinking to myself cartoon Network just aired a episode of a redhead shaking her booty like no one else's business just to get out of homework and studying.😂
Shake it, bake it, booty, quake it!🤣
I rewatched this show so many times, I love all the characters so much, and Breach, oh wow, what a gal
Still makes me sad how forgotten this show has gotten over the years. It is one of my favourite animated shows of all time.
This is still my favorite cartoon of all time.
Honestly when i first saw Generator Rex I thought of him as a younger inspector gadget , since he has a ton of weapons and tools at the palm of his hands.
The fact that you're using this platform to bring awareness to this show makes me happy. I feel like the fandom has died down to a cult fandom and I come across it every once in a while. Apart from Rex, this show did such a great job at introducing great characters, not to mention hired some quality actors. Personally, I favored season 1 more. Also, season 3 was clunky because they were let known beforehand that their show was getting pulled from CN, so they had to conclude it quickly.
Funny you brought up Breach as you did. That was the episode I just happened to catch one day when I was bored and actually watched the show. It got me to look past what I considered the standard action cartoon marketing, and weird protagonist. Once I did, it wasn't long until I got hooked.
I feel old now that you brought up Generator Rex. I watched the show.
Be Rex's brother:*hides everything from rex, joins the enemy, attempts to kill brother in a experiment hoping his will power will save him*
Also his Brother:ME, MOM AND DAD PLANNED THIS! WE PLANNED TO MAKE 6 YEAR OLD YOU A LIVING GOD! YEAH THAT IS THE ACTUAL ENDING OF THE SHOW, APPARENTLY THE GOD POWERS WERE MEANT FOR REX WHO AT THE TIME WAS STUPID YOUNG!
Its technically been stated that rex has the only batch of fully programmed nanites. Maybe the reason the other nanites worked for him was not because of that specific detail about his parents making it for him specifically but because he actually had the fully programmed nanites need to operate them.
They did specify that he was all most killed in accident until they used the nanites to save him so maybe they just left him with it and were trying to make a replacement batch when the accident happened
Giving Godlike powers to a 10 year old kid, where have I heard before?

I couldn't remember the name of this show but i kind of remembered the plot and how much i loved this show. Glad i found this
This show should return in Adult Swim
I loved this show
'I think I'd have trouble getting past her mouth,' *her mouth imitates a resident evil zombie and becomes almost four times larger than the rest of her head.*. I could see that being an issue
Well, Man of action did planed for Generator rex to get a season 4 because Van Kleiss and his group were still not cured.
Also Rex coud always transform into 2 different gaint robots.
1.his evo form where he has no control and will self destruct as a resort.
2.his omega-1 form same thing but he has control and different design and way more powerful.
Six was asked to leave the Men in Black because he only wore green
Could be the more mature themes like the regular body horror was offputting for the toy desiring demographic. Fewer kids watching means fewer kids wanting the toys, and less money the show makes. Meanwhile Ben 10 has so many merchandisable characters and didn’t stray too far from kid friendly. The early body horror aspects were dialled down immensely, especially in the alien transformation sequences.
I didn’t realize that they made a third season.
I never got the chance to finish this series. Mom thought it was too scary.
My mom still thinks One Punch Man is scary
*OOF*
You missed out
I Slay Goblins your mom must’ve been scared
Gotta admit your mum was right in some regards
I LOVED this show when it was on air. When I was old enuff to figure out how to work the interwebs, I tracked down the rest of it. The end of it always felt....off though, unsatisfying.
I always thought they erased Six' memories for drama, for example to keep the tension between him and dr Holiday. They had just gone on a date 2 episodes prior and even after his memory loss the show still hinted a relationship between the two
Yeah, you realize that you can't trust Caesar
You could've said that the show wasn't profitable to Cartoon Network but thanks for giving me a walk through memory lane
i binged so many of your videos like three months ago and now I've gotten an update from rusty quill that they're sponsoring you? i don't know who has better taste, you or them
Generator Rex and Huntik both have two of the best opening theme songs in Cartoon history
Man I miss this show, thank u for enlightening about what really happened to this show
Negative Legends: “Wait I thought this is a science-fiction show. Why are ancient pharaohs suddenly part of this”?
Me: Nanomachines son!
They change the entire basis of the show in response to plot requirements
I remember spamming the refresh button on the cartoon network site trying to get updates for the show before it came out, absolutely loved it
God this show still is a big inspiration to me
I have to admit, that final season though. What a mess that whole thing was.
Matthew Cobalt yeah like the first two seasons are so good but the third one is so weird compared to them.
I actually read the opposite, where people said the second season was not as good
I just finished the show today, and the final season was DRASTICALLY better than the first 2.
@@jantheking7028 The third season was simultaniously a rushed mess and a slog to watch.
I was lucky enough to watch the whole thing in one go, and I can see that the plotpoints set up weren't supposed to end on a god-level nanite.
This show was basically my early teens. Holy crap I actually have one of the DVDs too. Now I miss it.
Just coming back to this video to let you know I binged the entire show in 4 days because of this. Loved it, haven't been this invested and entertained in ages.
I was starting my rewatch of this series as you post this... coincidence I think not.
I watched the first episode of this a long time ago and then completely forgotten about it until now... Thank you
It was so sad when I learned CN stopped airing Generator Rex because it's my favorite show from Cartoon Network
"Make way, let's start a revolution....." classic theme song from me & my wife's early dating years, and the premiere was the VERY FIRST thing I watched when I bought my first bigscreen; and my 1st realization that I had to upgrade my satellite to hd.
I'll just say the ben 10 gen x crossover had to happen for the simple reason that Upgrade exists. There's an alien that fuses with and upgrades technology and cross that with a guy who's practically a machine... well, it just kinda awesomes its way into existence
