Since Explore Logs is now generally available, you can use Grafana v11.2.0 or later and Loki v3.2.0 or later. In this video we're also using a demo app called Carnivorous Green House. @Grafana can please make a video how to install Loki on EKS using helm charts, storing logs in s3 bucket without using any persistent volumes
