Nicely done. Just wondering, since you didn't have a timer, what method did you use to time it as precisely 0.54 seconds? I believe you and all xD but it's kind of a shot in the dark to claim a world record time and not explain the process of how you came about that time. For example, how do you know it wasn't actually 0.51 seconds or 0.58 seconds? And what are the rules by which you decide when the time starts and stops? I'm guessing the start is exactly when the bite handle leaves your hand and the end is when both handles are in your grip, but since you didn't explain the rules in the video, some people who may try to "beat" your record will set their own arbitrary rules.
People who don't flip: "woah that was crazy sick man" People who flip: "fastest Chaplin Arial into a br8b" Let's see who knows what I'm talking about XD Great time btw dawg
Bro, can you recommend me a good bali song that isn't impossible to find? My limit is $400 currently. I tried buying a 51 morpho but it's sold out everywhere even on Benchmade.
I have beaten that before, but about 15 years ago at the peak of my speed with a tachyon 1, I think I got it down to .3, or .25. Exactly the same technique and move though. I don't know if I still have the video of it.
@@aromaz6401 Not really. I started in my own youth ages ago yes, but I lost access to my flippers around 2006. I always wanted to get back in to it but never had the cash flow or access. It's only very recently I picked up an obsidian s. Fortunately it is a good enough flipper that I can get practice again. But I have so much to learn now it's ridiculous. And the names of stuff these days is completely fucked up too.
I found that old video, my memory was faulty. I measured in at .48 seconds from closed to open, and .68 seconds closed to closed. Video was dated compiled in 2004 with a tachyon. Found a whole bunch of old stuff actually proving I was doing certain moves before they even had names to go by, parabolics, z chokers and a few others.
