Mouse Jiggler 5 Hours - Keep Computer Awake

WHAT IS THIS VIDEO FOR?
- to keep your computer awake so you can go play guitar or do whatever and your computer or Microsoft Teams won't go on "away" status.
- to keep your computer awake so your downloads and uploads won't get interrupted.
HOW TO USE THIS MOUSE JIGGLER VIDEO?
- play this video on your phone and put your optical mouse on it. Make sure your phone's brightness is maximum. See below for in-depth instructions.
- you may have seen other videos about "how to keep your computer awake" and it tells you to use a mouse jiggler program. This video is basically that jiggler program, but with no .exe files for you to download and install so it's more convenient and risk-free for viruses and malware.
*** NO ads will run during this video so don't worry about video interruptions ;) There may be one ad BEFORE the video starts though.
EXAMPLE
-Are you working from home and don't want your work computer to go on "Away" status? Some messenger applications, such as Microsoft Teams, will automatically set your status to "away" within 3 to 10 minutes of inactivity, thus signaling your employer. Use this mouse jiggler video so you can avoid being "away" and can freely go to the bathroom or whatever without feeling overly rushed.
I am not suggesting you to slack from work with this solution. Please fulfil your duties and use this video responsibly. Thank you.
MY MOUSE JIGGLER TESTS
I've tested this mouse jiggler several times and it is confirmed working for messaging apps and programs such as Microsoft Teams and Skype.
I've also tested other mouse jiggling methods on UA-cam, such as using a shiny coin, the edge of a glass cup, and even other mouse jigglers that require you to put your mouse on the very edge or corner of the phone screen. These didn't work for me! Also, avoid some UA-cam suggestions that essentially makes your computer keep pressing one of they keyboard keys, but your company will likely see the never ending pressing of a keyboard key on your screen!
** INSTRUCTIONS AND HELP **
To use this mouse jiggler, play it on your smartphone or tablet and place your optical (laser) mouse on the center of the screen.
Ensure that the video is playing before you put your mouse on your phone.
Make sure you boost the Screen Brightness to maximum (very important!)
** IF THIS MOUSE JIGGLER ISN'T WORKING **
- try this trick: when you take your mouse off of the phone/tablet screen, and then place it back onto the screen, look to see if your mouse pointer on your computer monitor is moving slightly on its own.
It may take 5 or more tries, so be patient. Once you see your mouse pointer on the monitor is moving slightly on its own, then it's 100% good to go!
** Please note, even if your mouse cursor isn't moving on the screen, try using this method anyway by putting your mouse on your phone's screen.
- if it's still not working, try to use an older laser mouse instead of the newer models.
- still not working? Double-check that your phone/tablet screen is truly at 100% maximum brightness. Sometimes, it is on auto-brightness and won't allow it to go to maximum, or if it is running low on battery.

Got this to work on a new optical mouse. My method:
Full brightness
Kept the grid small, not full screen
2x speed
Mouse is resting directly on phone

Open the video on laptop screen .. fully open the screen 180 degree flat so that the mouse will stay on laptop screen.. puy mouse on video .this technique also works well

Hi, one suggestion is to use an older laser mouse. Seems like the older the mouse, the better.
You could try buying a used old model mouse for a few dollars.

My pointer isn't Even moving even if i move the mouse manually on my phone screen....is it broken or it just doesn't detect screen....btw it works just fine on other surfaces...as such this video doesn't work for me

i just open a word doc and put the mouse on the spacebar so work doesnt see im on youtube all day then
Your computer will have non-stop spacebar key presses and that will send a red flag to your employer

Try using an older, non-gaming mouse. the older the optical mouse, the better (in my experience).
My theory is that a gaming mouse is advanced in that it can prevent false-positive mouse movement, such as with a jiggler.

It works but your off pc interval will increase and work hour will reduce, off pc interval will increase, sapience is a very smart tool you can't fool it anymore😞
still better than other solutions, such as software or something pressing a keyboard key.
@@JTTechie yes sir, one way to do this is to creat teams meeting with yourself or with your colleague and set time interval for more than 7 hrs 😁 this trick I always use.

Yes, some do! Out of all 'keep computer awake' methods, this one is harder to detect (unlike some methods where a keyboard key is constantly pressed)
Thanks man i was importing some photos on my mothers phone to my pc. Had to keep checking up multiple times on the computer for it to not mess up the syncing. Saved me from the trouble 👍👍

'my screen goes down" do you mean your cellphone screen?
Wasn't working for me until I put the mouse right on the edge of the video screen. Then it started jiggling, still a bit too fast for me personally as I only need to jiggle once every 5 minutes.
Thanks for your comment. You can slow down the video playback speed within the UA-cam player.
I found my old table clock, removed front glass, wrapped seconds arrow with foil and inserted back the front glass. Then I put the clock on my desk in horizontal position, put my optical mouse on top of the glass at very small angle and it worked just fine.

my mouse ignores it completely, but its a big mouse. maybe too big for my phone
an older model optical mouse would work best.
Make sure you use a crappy laser mouse or an old laser mouse. Won’t work with a fancy gaming mouse.

@@bingovikrant43 ok, try this. On your mobile phone, put your mouse on it without making the jiggler full screen. Also, set the video speed to 1.25x or 1.5x
Why is this not working for the new mouse???
My theory is that newer mouses have upgraded laser technology that prevents "false positive" mouse movements.
With older mouse, the laser registers any detected movement as a mouse movement.

The video screen must be showing this jiggler. If you change the screen to show anything else, then your mouse cursor won't automatically move
Finally! You can go play guitar or do whatever you like without your computer falling asleep or going "away".
