Due to a stroke at my 50th birthday I’ve lost used of my left foot to shift and my left arm So I’m looking at a silver wing and putting a trike kit on it so I can get my knees back in the breeze
Hey Scott, sorry to hear about your situation 😔 I've never rode a trike but I do have a video I want you to see ua-cam.com/video/EqirDH4qq48/v-deo.html I think this scooter 🛵 combined with a trike kit will put endless smiles on your face for years to come 😀 Another question I have is reversing. I know that some scoots/bikes are equipped with a reverse drive (at least I think), so my question is would one with reserve be better in this instance? 🤔 Let me know what you think? Cheers 🍻
@@MSG_MOTO that you very much. Like the other person I think about the reverse factor so I’ve just had didn’t realize that when I park I have to think about where I’m parking on an incline or not or if I can be pulling straight if I go to the store with the unit so I can pull straight out because with the truck and I didn’t even at its light weight and they totally is I don’t know who’s on the back of my hand
Hey Scott, this Piaggio MP3 500 could be something interesting to you. This scoot has a reverse gear and its a "trike" - ua-cam.com/video/dxwMx8CDi-8/v-deo.html
Recently found your channel (while searching for Vulcan 900 content). First I thought, wow, scenery is familiar. Until I realised it's familiar because it's H4C Saint Henri! Are you still in Le Sud-Ouest? Still have the Vulcan? (I just got mine.) Where / when are the meetups? I saw the scooter video at the Newman Plaza meetup.
I "set-it-and-foret-it". More specifically, I have needed to charge the spring preload position/setting on my rear shocks since day 1. Do you often find yourself playing around with the spring preload ?
🤔 Have you tried spray the tire, rim, and air valve with 💦soapy water and check for bubbles🧼? That seems like an urgent matter that needs addressing🚨. I would be concerned that the rim could has a crack in it leading to air loss. It could be that the valve core has come lose and simply needs re-tightening? There could be corrosion around the bead that needs cleaning up? Some many possibilities for why this condition keeps happening. Good luck with the troubleshooting and let us know what the problem is, thanks 👍
Loving my 2004 silverwing! Will ride her forever!

I have a 2007 Silverwing. What typical mileage are you getting?
At theese speeds whats the position that you have at rear shocks?

@@MSG_MOTO When i ride alone i have it to number 1.And with my wife on it to number 3.
Did you ever have a problem where your silverwing kept losing 10lbs of tire pressure over night 🌙

@@MSG_MOTO thanks I asked because I really can't see anything wrong
Hola , tu as mis un variateur Malossi ou Jcosta dessus ?
Non, pas encore! Mais ca cest le plan pour le futur 👍

How fast were you going on the highway? I take it easy and do around 65 mph
⏩️⏩️⏩️💨 as fast as the speed limit 🤏🤫🤭🤞 My Big Blue can do 65mph without breaking a sweat😅
Cheers and thanks for the comment 👍 🙏
I ride a 09 Silverwing and live in Texas. I often do 80mph just to follow traffic.
I have had mine up to over 100 mph. You don’t want to do it all the time but 80 is very comfortable.
