Sleep has been an issue for a long time. I don’t want to sleep yet I’m extremely tired. I’m worried I won’t get up for a couple weeks. My need is not understood where I am now. It’s seen as laziness. I had a nightmare early this am. Yesterday was our wedding anniversary. I recalled here last night 1115. 3 years ago I was hiding that I was lesbian. I was so into Christianity and really trying to please everyone specially my mom while dealing with depression and suicidal thoughts. Wow what a beautiful and romantic reading…. I was in my car eating my dinner. And something told me to check UA-cam and I see an unexpected video with a romantic picture …. I tuned in as I ate in my car. I resonated with the sleep patterns. At times I cannot sleep and whdn I do- I notice I wake up at 2,3,4 am and cannot go back to sleep. I toss and turn. At times I do go to sleep but then I must get up to go to work. As I awake at those times.
