Yeah but I’m his title defense version he is a powerhouse, he is one of the few boxers to have a one punch knockdown, he no longer gets scared and he dodged your punches
The man is an old warhorse. He is 42, when most retire in their 30s. At 36 fights (37 in title defense), he has more fights under his belt than everyone except Bald Bull, Glass Joe, and Super Macho Man (whom he ties with), and his win rate out performs that of younger, higher ranking fighters (That being Disco Kid, Bear Hugger, and Aran Ryan). As for fighters that can be taken down in fewer hits on Title Defense, there is: Glass Joe, Disco Kid, Piston Honda, Great Tiger, Aran Ryan, and Bald Bull, while he ties with Bear Hugger. (King Hippo is on the list, if you don't count removing the manhole cover. He takes more if you do count it) The man is more competent than being the first real fighter in the roster lets on.
I mean, he got the 10th fastest punch with super macho man and donkey kong, it is his right jab and it only takes 0.45 seconds from animation start to getting hit and that would be 27 frames, also he got an attack with that he one hits the player (maybe only in td, but still not to ignore) I would love to see him as a champion of a circut or something, I mean, he is very fast and he does quite some damage too, also his wins to losses are also not bad, he is a very good fighter, but he is just old, he is the oldest fighter in the Wii version (well, we do not know how old King hippo is, so I do not count him)

I have a theory that Von Kaiser used to be a young talented up and coming boxer, who was abled to get a record of lets say 15-0 with 10 KOs. Then the first world war started (or maybe the second depending what makes more sense) and Kaiser being the proud and devoted german that he was gladly joined his fellow german comrades, not knowing what was waiting in the horrors of war. After the war he was traumatized and suffered major PTSD and also being that he would of been focusing on a war instead of his boxing career for around 4-6 years, that would mean he would have to regain that lost experience. But because of the PTSD he never found the full drive and motivation. And maybe after the war he saw every one of his opponents as a reflection of the enemy soldiers he had to shoot and kill so thats why he never got any more knockouts in his career because he did not dare to hurt his opponents too badly and thats why he gained so many losses and could only get a few wins from time to time. Though because of his massive ego and confidence he refuses to accept reality and what hes going through so thats why he always seems to egotistical and cowardly. If this theory is correct imagine what kind of absolute powerhouse Von Kaiser would of been, his nickname is the german steel machine after all. EDIT: I just thought of another piece of this theory, when he blocks and hides behind his gloves and says “mommy?” it looks to be a reaction of confusion. This could be because of his PTSD because of the loud noises, flashing lights and pain all over his body. All of this must of triggered his PTSD and reminded him of the battlefield in some way. Because of this it makes him seem pathetic at first, perhaps he was a coward in war. But actually quite the opposite. Usually when in war, a lot of confusion can happen. Such as not knowing where your allies are and where the enemy is. On top of that hearing cannons firing from all over the place can give you mass confusion which can make some soldiers just sit down in confusion, trying to recollect and process everything thats going on. This could be what Kaiser is doing. And calling for his mother is something a soldier that is usually either scared or very close to death, which could be one of the reasons why he is so effected by the war. He’s been in a close death scenario which left him traumatized. Like the quote from the great song “1916” made by motörhead, “i called for my mother, but she never came” (btw listen to the song its both good and makes this theory make more sense) this could be something similar to that. I just wanted to add that in because it seems likely to be the case.
