      It's the Berlin, a common grandmaster drawing weapon. And the knight on b5 was trapped.

      It's a known piece sacrifice. The knight gets trapped and is won back a few moves later.

      en-pasent move and 3-step repetition, google it for more details.. and 3-step repeat makes game in draw (queens 3 times same position moved)
