    I'm seeing a lot of negative comments because she's confident. She's owning her mistakes her trials and tribulations. She's articulating herself very well and she looks good as well. I don't understand the negative comments at all . She's trying to keep a positive state of mind she is not wallowing in her past mistakes. She's not shoveling too much of the blame on others. • @jessw2791
      @jessw2791 3 роки тому +44

      I think she's beautiful and confident...and I don't really see a lot of "negative" comments in terms of her self-worth...people are pointing out that she was obviously manipulated and a victim of abuse whether she realizes it or not. She was forced to sell her body while she was pregnant...that's not autonomy, that's coercion. Pimps are master manipulators, that's what they do. Stockholm syndrome is extremely common in the sex trade as victims rely on their abusers (pimps) for necessities and protection, so even when they are forced to do something they don't want to do or are beaten, they still develop positive feelings for them.

      I believe sort of the same goes for someone who has given up on life. The same numbness. Not caring about what happens to them.

    I thoroughly enjoyed this interview. She took a lot of ownership and isn't looking to play victim or tell a sob story. Many of these women have been through unspeakable atrocities and are genuinely trapped, however it is refreshing to see one whose experience has been different and understands her own agency as a part of this lifestyle.

    So many nuggets of wisdom to take from this. Kudos to this woman for learning something from "the game" and acknowledging what we've all thought - that most of these women are being played for a fool by broke dudes claiming to be pimps.
    At the same time, showing compassion for her because she doesn't want to be grouped in with the women who are naive and clueless but she's still referring to pimps as kings and trying to downplay some of the ugly parts of this lifestyle. She was definitely programed for sure. To work as hard as she did, make as much money as she did, but have to work 2 full time jobs in order to have a house and car... if she had saved and invested the money she made over the years instead of handing it over to someone else, probably wouldn't even have to work. I can appreciate her sharing the difference between the guys in her time versus some of the bootleg pimps we see on here (high and broke). I wish her nothing but the best. Great interview.

    It's not our place to judge someone's words or actions, but to try to understand where those words or actions came from. We can always learn something valuable from everyone. We may not always see the message clearly but there is always an important message in the background. I thought her story was very eye-opening and I enjoyed listening to her. We may not always agree with what everyone says but we can at least try to listen.

      But see, thats on the PIMP though....! Snooky is, in case you didnt know, is in prizon/jail at the moment. He got caught up. Not all pimpz let their women end like that. I was one of em. I made SURE that when my women wanted to walkout of the life or retire, that they were straight and had hella money in the bank. They were set for LIFE....! A Pimp has to think to think about both the present and the future (Based on my experience) and thats what im implemented as a philosophy in my tenure. When you look at it, there is nothing really wrong with pimping. Who doesnt like fuckimg and having sex? People cant understand Pimping because a MAN is involved && plays the role of THE LEADER ; And the world/society that we live in, MF's cant understand or grasp that. Ask yourself : What would you REALLY think and how would you REALLY feel if a WOMAN was in place of a MAN when it came to pimping.? Be blessed. Chuuuuurch
