I feel terrible when I see these people with disabilities trying so hard when I would have gave up, and I'm sitting here doing nothing when I should enjoy every second that I have being blessed with a healthy life ❤️
'Taking things for granted' is not something to be ashamed of and it would actually be silly if we didn't. As silly as not expecting the sun to come up tomorrow, or that you'll be unable to walk across the room if you wanted to, or there won't be food on the table next week, when those things have always been the case. And feeling guilty about not doing things that you're not particularly motivated to, just because others can't do them, would be similarly daft. This is quite different from not appreciating one's own good fortune or not admiring the efforts of others less fortunate who struggle to do what you can easily.
The soul reason they exist is gratefulness. They are alive too

A few years ago I was struggling to save my arm from amputation, and all the professionals were saying "no hope". This video gave me a lot of motivation to work through my pain and dedicate to physiotherapy, exercise, and a very strict diet, and a year later achieved what surgeons and neurospecialists called a medical miracle.
I love you guys so much for this video and the countless lives it has uplifted.
Probably because of that experience this song is incredibly emotional for me..always brings a tear.

this video moved me when I first saw it five years ago... after losing my right foot I can relate to the challenges of being disabled. Two years without a prosthetic taught me a new way to walk again, when I finally got my new foot this year I am relearning how to do the things that were second nature before...the folks in this video inspire me to not give up...EVER ... because of them I won't. Thanks .
A lot of the time, one tends to appreciate things in their life only once they lose them. So don't waste your life, cherish what you have. And remember, everyone has potential to be the greatest version of themselves, including you. So go get it.

I’m a Greco Wrestler/Coach, this video hits home because I have the opportunity to coach some youth with learning disabilities also one with Cerebral Palsy and one with CMT…. Wrestling is for all walks of life anyone can do it if you put your mind to it! Some of my kids have more drive than some of my adults students.

many people do not know that I have
And this year I was infected by a Pneumonia vaccine that was tainted by Strep. It caused 2 more disabilities in my body. I have had to learn to walk all over again. And that Streptococcus bacteria almost killed me. Four times I layed in 3 different hospitals fighting for my life. Amid blood transfusions and several different types of antibiotics
And I would play this song over and over and cry. I was not ready to die. I am very

Its so rare that a musician gets overnight success. Its almost always a combination of really hard work and someone giving the musician a chance. However, getting noticed doesn't always work because if an artist is just copying a sound then no one cares. I have studied a lot of musicians and most of the successful ones truly don't care about fitting in and just love making music. X Ambassadors is like this and it shows. Thank you so much for allowing, through song, lyrics, and video, that those of us with these "ABILITIES" to simply say we are we are the REAL RENEGADES
cursed, made fun of, belittled, misunderstood, felt sorry for, etc
But it has taken many years to realize that we too can be made of iron determination, great strength, and although differently, we have learned to adapt and in ways that are INCOMPREHENSIBLE to the "normal" human being and prove ourselves as part of life and in a positive manner.

Amazing video. I already knew I am blessed and I thank God for it every day but this just reminds me of how blessed I truly am. To have my sight, my hearing, all of my limbs. This people in the video are amazing for letting such huge obstacles not get in their way or their dreams, from experiencing life. This proves that you and I have absolutely no excuse no reason to not be able to accomplish what we want out of this life. Go out there and fall, go out there and cry, get rejected, get insulted, get doubted, but never let it keep it you down and never give up, because skin can be torn, but the Soul is untouchable. Live don't just exist my brothers and sisters. Live.
Who the heck and what kind of human would thumbs down a song dedicated to the blind and handicapped athletes? They are much stronger in mind, body, and spirit than we are. They deserve to be recognized and praised. And it's awesome beat and song too!

Every time! If you ever need a reason to perhaps think that things ain't so bad after all then watch,listen and absorb. The message is clear, barriers are only barriers if you let them be. I watch the guy climbing a mountain on all fours, to me he stands as a giant, to be looked up to. Eternal respect.

I guess this really goes to show how without realising it quiet a few of us take our lives for granted. All these people are truly amazing and I cant emphasise that enough. They are all beautiful and talented in their own ways. And I wish good luck to all of them!!♡

I'm honestly speechless so here's this.
a blueberry muffin recipe:
1. Heat oven to 375°
2. Grease 18 regular-size muffin cups (or 12 large size muffins).
3. In bowl, mix butter until creamy. Add sugar and beat until pale and fluffy.
4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
5. Beat in vanilla, baking powder and salt.
6. With spoon, fold in half of flour then half of milk into batter; repeat.
7. Fold in blueberries.
8. Spoon into muffin cups and sprinkle topping onto each muffin.
9. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and springy to touch.
