Yin yang balance music. Inward balance. Relaxation. Meditation. Peace.

All the Cosmos is based on the two opposite principles Yin and Yang: one can not exist without the other, as the night can not exist without the day and vice versa, that is interdependent. No element of the Universe can only be completely Yin or just completely Yang. Each of the two elements contains the seed of its opposite, as every woman carries within it a male part, and each man is a female part. They are complementary, increasing and decreasing, feeding each other to be in balance. However, there may be unbalances, which are four: excess of Yin, excess of Yang, Yin insufficiency, Yang insufficiency. The complementary and alternating action of Yin and Yang moves everything into the Universe, working in Time and Space, forming the microcosm and macrocosm. Yin and Yang's interactions bring about movement and life in the Universe. Yin and Yang are the two principles that maintain the natural order of Tao, the flow of vitality flowing through the Cosmos, and which has given rise to everything.
