This is my favourite channel by far. Love the thrifting, and the knowledge you have for the equipment you dig up. I will never buy a new club again! What I appreciate the most tho, is your love for each other. I always feel great after watching your clips.

You guys are in St Augustine? I got a taylormade 5 wood I use at the catholic thrift shop for free with the purchase of a chandelier my wife picked out. Awesome to see locals doing UA-cam golf vids!
You all live on the high end coast. Over here on the slum coast we don't find many quality golf clubs in the thrift stores, mostly rusty 1950's Spalding blades.

I’ve been trying to find a nice set of wedges & chippers. I can’t golf anymore because of physical limitations but I’m trying to develop a game revolving around chipping. I just can’t afford paying a fortune.i had a nice set when I still could golf. That chipper looks awesome
I love old clubs, so seeing you two going through thrift shops finding old clubs is great 👍, it’s exciting when you find a really top quality club for just a few $$ (££ for me)..bargain!
This is funny. I work for a Goodwill Organization in Ct. I am also a golfer. I have noticed many golf clubs in various Goodwill stores out here as well. Very good bargains. I agree ! Spider Dubiel
John im like you with my Adams clubs..just found an Adams speedline driver but i cant find a headcover. Also picked up a sk 7 stand alone putter also no headcover. If you come across either please keep me in mind. Thanks guys. ⛳
a 2-way chipper is exactly what is says it is... had one in my bag, illegal though. it helps with chip shots because it mimics the putter swing. it is actually easier to hit than a 9 or pw.
I believe 2 way chippers are non conforming so can't be used in competitions... (not thst it matters in this case but just for reference if people are thinking of getting one)

Callaway bag for $5. Nike putter super new. $3 Adidas and FootJoy shoes for $10. Taylor Made Gel balls brand new, sells for $40 but paid only $4.00. Pro Vi's for $1 a sleeve. I missed out on a full cobra clubs, like from 3 seasons back, because I had completed my set and did not wanted to spend money on golf any more. It was $40 and found out that it was going for over $200 on ebay. Yes my bad.
I hope you understand your wife is a one in a million. I almost got divorced on every vacation because I wanted to play golf, tell her everyday you appreciate her for her and nothing more. Congrats

Two way chipper/putters are handy. My group makes fun of it all the time but when they are backed up against a bush and have to hit it out goofy handed they ask to borrow it.

I found a full set of Taylor made irons at my local Goodwill. Paid $20 sold same day for $175

In the UK, try the Council recycle skips where clubs have been dumped and then sold off, my local ones sell off clubs for 20p each!

I haven't really tried any of the Adams putters besides the GT series which were very good.
