A person of his stature openly admitting about his weakness in speaking English is truly amazing, especially at a time when some consider its usage to be something to boast about! In the second part of this interview there would come a moment when Diljit would speak about his life in the village: the place from where he has come. Loved his humble and honest approach throughout the interview.
I must say Anupama has done such a great job interviewing him and letting him be. I truly think this is one of his and hers best interview ever because he completely deserves the respect and appreciation that she is showing him. And his humility and simplicity is so rare.

He has a huge fan following in punjabi community all over world. Because you know punjabis are everywhere like Canada etc. A lot of punjabi movies beat hindi films in overseas.
