Flame throwers, panzers, shermans, Audie Murphy, sound effects, Nice! Battle was exciting. Was working on a terrain piece while watching and more than once the paint brush went down so i could see the action, lol. Great stuff!
Halfway through watching this and will watch the rest on the morrow... so i'm not sure if you lads got a couple of things sorted in the end... firstly the tank duel between the Panzer IV and Sherman shouldn't have really happened, the Sherman would be able to fire at the Panzer, soft cover and obscured by the German Infantry in between them... the Panzer couldn't target the Sherman through that same infantry unit, you can't do that rules wise, so the Panzer should have had to move to find a gap... secondly you both popped away at each other with your main guns, but you can also fire your hull mounted MMG's at other targets in range too... as you said a few times in the video your both a bit rusty and it didnt make what i've seen bad, its a great set up and beautiful mini's you have and i'm similar in that I often forget rules if I swap and change games... can't wait to watch the rest and I enjoy the dice of doom random elements to the game... i'm sure you'd love Chain of Command too.
Good battle, nice setup but there are a couple of questions ... What happened with the artillery strike? Did the troops just duck? What is the system for dealing with ordinance misses? If a mortar misses it may still hit another target, especially where units are close together.
New player here. Infantry saves? My understanding was after you hit you kill on a 3+, 4+, 5+ (depending on rating Inexp - Vet). You looked like you did it AoS style where your Reg lived on a 4+. At 23:40. The way you did it Veteran units would suck as they would live on a 5+ where as Inexp units would live on a 3+.

Thanks for the comments. We give the target player the opportunity for throwing saves as it gives them something to do!
