I know the game is coming up on 6 years old, but why can't they ban these cheaters permanently? Resetting them to level 1 is absolutely pointless. Ban the PlayStation account associated from being able to sign in to the call of duty servers.
The level 1 is just a visual bug they do not get reset

Go for score in game for more XP so in other words run UAV/counterUAV and specialists like crash recon or Zero and whichever game mode has 2xp that you can get a lot of kills on if not just stick to nuketown
