Instead of the bearwalk Destorm try something we do in parkour, it's a silly word but it's called monkey walk, you walk with the left foot and right hand at the same time and then alternate so.. left foot, right hand and then left hand, right foot so basically it's really great, just remember not to have your bum to high up in the air, want to be straight while doing it.
