Fun fact!! Butterflies hang upside down after leaving the chrysalis so they can get the blood to run to their wings so they can fly, if the chrysalis falls the butterfly won't be able to hang when it leaves so it won't be able to fly.

Monarchs used to migrate near my house when I was younger in May and late June, hundreds came. My father and I used hold them carefully, only gently holding their two wings together with our index and middle finger. We never harmed them, but they were very beautiful and made my childhood so much better. Its beautiful to see them grow! Thank you Tiffy.

Butterflies are beautiful, especially monarch butterflies! Unfortunately, monarchs are now on the endangered species list. I haven't seen one in a long time. You guys are so lucky that you got to see their full life cycle, and you are so awesome for helping them along the way! I am sure they will live happy butterfly lives!
