It's been a little bit since the last time I did this with the Wii Menu, but for Wii games in general, I use the Vector Engine with Extended as the limiter list and One as the value list, and usually set the intensity somewhere between 150,000 and 200,000. I also don't use savestates, because I haven't figured out how to use that feature very well yet
