I'll be doing a quick paddling camp overnight this weekend and funyun french onion soup just went on the menu! I tried your warm blueberry banana granola breakfast on my last trip and it was amazing too. Love the recipes!
I've a challenge for ya... 1qt Dutch oven,(or whatever you want to bake in) instead of packing in bread baking it 1 night the next using some with this recipe... but the challenge is to go all the way to basics; flour and so on
I love his face when he first takes a bite and enjoys his food--it looks pretty dang good. I'm trying to think how to convert the beef to a vegetarian substitute...maybe...a vegetable bullion cube? Would seitan, soy, or mushroom jerkey work? I'm just ponderin'. The waterside scenery was gorgeous, btw!
That looks amazing!!
Looks good ... Going to have to give this a try

I’m going to try this one tonight at home. This looks like a real keeper. No French’s onions?

Cheers Janelle! Yep, I think some dried mushrooms/jerky or some veggie meats would work great in this
