My concern in Surah Munafiqoon was that the hypocrites did not want to provide the Believers with their wealth until the Believers disbanded Islam (true in my experience) ... This is the disease of the heart and to some extend this is what is the main political and social problems of the world... SubhanAllah. The Non-Believers and Hypocrites are afraid that one day Islam will be the main religion of this world! A minor error was made at the end. You mentioned that the Prophet (SAW) prayed for the munafiq (when he passed away) but Allah clearly states that we should never pray for a munafiq (Surah 9 aya 84)

Yes, the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم did pray Abdullah ibj Ubay's janazah, but Omar (رضى الله عنه) corrected him on this, and then Allaah confirmed what Omar said. In other words, the prophet (saw) shouldn't have prayed his janazah. I think it was a mistake of our sheikh to mention the jenazah without mentioning the fact that it was a mistake to do so
