There is no sub-stat replacement for Double-Tap, there is too much reload speed on Taped Magazine, so I'm left with using HC with cost reduction substat spread around or use Discount with damage substats spread around. Just happens I have more gear to take the Discount path. They do plenty of damage to structures and the rest of the units are there to clear enemy troops.

why don't you use high caliber on the rocketeer? is HC not suitable?
