Can't you change the file location in Google Drive every so often and send out the new link to Subscribers, just the same as you change the password on your blog's resource library? (Thanks for the explanation.)

he product type called "staff"... what does it really mean? what kind of products may fit in to the "staff" cathegory?
On TPT? Things like notes to other staff members or like team building stuff I'd imagine
