It's been a minute since I've played there so I've forgotten everything hahaha. I'll need to remember that for next time I'm out!! Appreciate your comment and view
It's still an issue unfortunately 😭. Main issue is my left hip slides forward too soon, creating a dip in my back shoulder. Another issue is setup--sometimes I'll set the club face too closed. I'm hoping to have it resolved in the next month or so. Extremely difficult to score well with a two-way miss off the tee.
You're right on, I sometimes choke down for distance control. Harder for me to modulate my swing effort vs just gripping down by a half inch to take off 5 yards.
I haven't! I've played a few country clubs (Lafayette, Berkeley, Green Hills, TPC Stonebrae) but haven't hit Stonetree (yet). If you have an invite there let me know and I'd be happy to join!
@@golfwithjames I am going on Friday. Will find out what is up. You may want to call them because I think the public can play there now sometimes. But I could be wrong.
@golfwjames OK, just got back from playing StoneTree. It is open to the public. $150 + $25 cart = $175 total. Not the best value. OK course. In great shape, but short and way too narrow off the tee box. You need a 190-yard, very straight shot off every tee box. Leave the driver at home. Fun to play once, but not rushing back. FYI.
Nice video! I like that you keep it real. The struggles of golf but I love the sport.
Thanks man! I need to play that course again. Love Stonebrae.
yo the swing tracer is a nice touch, great video bro keep it up
Thanks man!!
Henry failed you lol. everything breaks towards the bay. awesome video none the less

are you choking down to take off distance? or are the clubs too long lol?

Hey James -
Have you ever played BAY CLUB STONETREE in Novato?
Just wondering.
