@JonerFootball You're welcome! I played center Midfield all my life, 43 now, but haven't played really for about 14 years, my kids are 7 and 10 now and I coach both of their teams. I have been training about daily with them for the past 3+ months and I am going to join a 30 year and older league this winter. I'm very excited and thankful for videos like yours to help me along! They don’t like heading it Lee do they?
Our league have banned heading up to U11 and FA have stated that it must not be coached.
U12 is where heading is introduced with no more than 5 headers per session no more than one session per month with heading.
No wonder it is fading out of the game.
